Β AKid is the John of the panel: stacked-as-frick team, relatively picky but a high success rate when turns happen (other than the blocks, there's only been two artists AKid turned for and didn't get), plus the team is leaning heavily R&B but has some indie and pop sounds too which we know John can do well with. BK I'm gonna say is the Kelly: they're a pretty easy turn but know how to fight for the artists they want, and though there's more pop and alternative soundsΒ than Kelly usually ends up with, all of them are artists I could conceivably see Kelly turning for had she been a coach for any season that an artist was on but she wasn't. Disney's the Blake: an easy turn but good at the strategy of getting people to pick him, and knows a lot more about a variety of genres than people give him credit for. Also, 90% sure Disney's the biggest male country fan of the panel and the hints for the advisors lean towards potentially getting battle round help from people Blake has previously worked with. MaeBae is the Gwen: the team on paper doesn't look the strongest as it's the only one with no four-chair turner as of yet, but there's definitely several artists with potential to be sleeper hits voting-wise and there's a mix of genres from R&B to country to rock to singer-songwriter-pop, which suggests Kelly on the surface but the specific mix feels Gwen-like to meΒ also Celine was an advisor for Gwen and MaeBae is a Celine stan so For the record, AKid's the only one I'm sure of game-coach-to-IRL-coach match, but I'm pretty sure Disney is the Blake or the Kelly and MaeBae's the Gwen or the Kelly. The reason I stood and am still standing is because that was my favorite performance so far on this competition. You have such a delicate approach to some notes, but for others you attack them with subtle power, which is honestly difficult to do. Most people can only do the extremes, but you can do the extremes and everything in-between. Not to mention, your vibrato is absolutely insane and is what made this performance so magical! I think singing in perfect pitch, like you just did, and utilizing vocal techniques are awesome, but I think another important aspect of singing is to inspire. I am aware that you have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and Iβll be the first to admit that I had no clue what that was until I heard about you. However, this just goes to show how impactful your singing can be. Like I said, an important goal for a singer is to inspire and you can do just that on this show!
