Maybe it's because I was binging season 11 performances yesterday, but season 10 really doesn't hold a candle to it at all. Yeah I'm finding this season's top 20 to be pretty equal to last season's. The problem is last season, there wasn't really a good top 20 to scramble together and we did almost the best we could with what we got. Although a number of them wouldn't be in my personal Top 20. But I do agree that we lost out on a lot of amazing performances and the Top 20 could have been stronger.
