lmao, we were sure Allegra would have snatched that 3rd PV or Joanna even, if given the normal format. They weren't going anywhere near that PV with what happened tonight.

I'm confused, she did well on the song. I don't get how that is a "manipulation "...they're trying to win all of America's votes, not just IDF's. Also, nobody, not Allegra, not CammWess, etc. is/would've been guarenteed safe regardless of format.

I can't manage the Poll but, I can state who or how many, I had from tonight, Monday... 2 out of 9.  And they were Megan & Zan OR Zan & Megan. And that's where I stop.  (FOR ME)  I'll take those 2 & leave the rest. These 2 were excellent, impressive & most appealing, IMO.

1. CammWess: What a delightful surprise, worthy of the pimp spot.

2. Todd Tilghman: That was such a cheesy song but I really felt it in the moment.

3. Micah Iverson: He might have oversung it a bit but still good overall. The big moon though, yikes.

4. Joanna Serenko: I didn’t watch live but did people really find this bad?? The taste of some people, or the lack thereof.

5. Allegra Miles: Not her best, but I still like her. It did look like she was wrestling with the song towards the end though.

6. Thunderstorm Artis: His performance got dull and boring about 30 seconds in. 

7. Zan Fiskum: I never noticed her head voice was so wonky. It certainly did not make for an easy listen.

8. Toneisha Harris: The problem with her is that given her vocal ability, she doesn’t seem to give the song as much as she could have. Otyer divas have a tendency to oversing, while she just undersings. 

9. Megan Danielle: Not a good song, and slowing it down makes it tedious to listen to. This is one of those performances that just wouldn’t end.

1. Thunderstorm (by far the best, deserving winner)

3. Micah (One of my fav songs and he did good, but something was missing)

4. CammWess (love this song, didn’t love some of his vocal choices)

5. Toneisha (Boring but the end was good)

6. Joanna (Kinda decent, but it’s a bad song choice and she was boring as usual)

This. And honestly the stage set up was the opposite of pandery. The performance was so cheesy, that with the set up, anyone else not named Todd or Thunderstorm would’ve been in danger of going home.

 

also note an ACTUAL pandering song doesn’t guarantee an advancement

4/10 Joanna Serenko - "Lean On Me" - Corny song, boring arrangement, absolutely forgettable.

5/10 Micah Iverson - "I Will Follow You Into the Dark" - I liked this performance when he went for powerful notes but his falsetto parts kind of distracted me. And the big note in"to"~~ in the end was shaky too obviously.  

5/10 Todd Tilghman - "Love, Me" - He's a traditionally TV solid singer . I just don't find him unique or marketable at all.

1/10 Zan Fiskum - "Never Be The Same" - HORRIBLE. It's crazy like from the heaven last week to the hell this week 

8/10 Thunderstorm Artis - "Home" - He must win. Period.

1/10 Megan Danielle - "What Hurts the Most" - Mostly unlistenable, I can't stand her heavily throaty voice here. 

5/10 Allegra Miles - "Overjoyed" - Every human needs to beg her for stopping choosing boring old songs srsly.

2/10 Toneisha Harris - "Because You Loved Me"  - So outdated, so karaoke.

5/10 CammWess - "Rainbow" - I just don't feel the emotion that people get in his voice. Pretty decent though.

Mostly a forgettable night.  The ladies picked a bad time to flop, but the songs they were saddled with certainly had something to do with that.
