As following the previous thread, oops IdolManiac is on a roll this week so better get these out quick

I adjusted the weight of each component based on how much it correlates with the actual results last week. The final scores have also been adjusted by special factors (such as country fanbase, pimpspot etc.) which could potentially overestimate or underestimate the popularity of some contestants.

 

 

 

 

Popularity score this week

 

1 (=). Arthur Gunn: 29.51

2 (=). Francisco Martin: 17.55

3 (+5). Dillon James: 14.92

4 (=). Just Sam: 13.08

5 (=). Jonny West: 10.32

6 (-3). Julia Gargano: 9.79

7 (+3). Louis Knight: 7.32

 

Louis is certainly gone this week. I can't see him staying with 2 mediocre performances + underperforming stats + bus from the judges. If he sails through, the "big D energy" is huge this season. 

 

Jonny & Julia will battle it out for the last spot. But I'm quite certain Julia will be gone 

 

I see Francisco is closing the gap with Arthur a bit. He might have a good run for the title next week. 

 

 

My prediction for the finale: Arthur, Francisco, Dillon, Sam, Jonny

Unfortunately, I have to agree.  I prefer Julia to Jonny but her first song probably did her in.

Being a girl did Julia in....and even though I think Sam will go through, I still think there is a handful of people voting for Louis because he's male and he's hot...so he might not...

Actually, being a girl who didn’t have a lot of focus going into the Top 20 was her first major hurdle.  She could have overcome it but her first song sealed her fate.

Nah, being a girl did her in. Literally there were 11 girls in the Top 20 and now there's 1 left. It went from 55% female to 20% female.
