Hamza Tufail
5 minutes ago, season1 said: The US is $35+ Trillion in debt, and I think it's immoral to take taxpayers dollars and give it to other countries, while the citizens at home are neglected. It's insane that the US even gives "foreign aid" to China, while paying interest to China for the debt! Recently, they announced more aid to Ukraine and Israel, while many Helene survivors still don't have clean water, and many survivors of the Maui fire (last year) are still homeless. Yeah, i agree with all of this. That's why I said reps are better for the American people when it comes to economy. A country's first and foremost duty is to take care of its own people. Then think of anyone else.

When it comes to the debt and reckless spending, both parties are bad. I don’t need the government to take care of me unless I’m trapped on a mountain following a massive flood. I’m tired of politicians offering free shit to different constituencies for votes.
season1
My family voted on Tuesday, exactly two weeks before election day. In 2020, we voted two weeks early too, in the same location. It seems there are a lot more early voters in our area this year vs 2020. The count on the scanner is 36% higher than the count 4 years ago (6k vs 4.3k in 2020). sneaky
Not that she'll change anything but hey Kamala this big tent bullshit is back firing. Even conservatives hate the Cheney's. Having their endorsement is not a badge of honor. She's lucky Trump's a felon

TeamAudra
If Trump wins, I hope he doesn’t follow through on some of his promises, because we can’t afford it. Obviously, the same is true if Kamala wins, but I feel like that’s a lost cause. At least if Kamala wins, Republicans will fight her big spending agenda somewhat. They’ll just go along with Trump’s. Obviously, Democrats will fight Trump’s agenda. They tend to put up more resistance than congressional Republicans do. TeamAudra
Also…if Trump wins, we’re almost guaranteed to have a Democrat Senate and House in 2026, and a Democrat President in 2028.

I have never seen anything like him. no other candidate had merch like him you see all the people in trump hats and shirts. and yeah past candidates had some signs in their yards but yo see multiple trump signs or banners or flags in people yards. it really is a cult
TeamAudra
Either way, unless they can produce a video, most people will be skeptical two weeks before the election.

Well in say California if you have kids 150k may not leave much left over. But then again, as a claims adjuster I see people every week buying brand new vehicles, putting barely anything down and then when they get totaled they its unfair and get all shocked pikachu face when they're upside down on their loan

First of all, I would not live in an area where I’d have to be house poor. And big car payments are completely avoidable. TeamAudra
I watched the Harris town hall on CNN tonight, it was mostly a mixed bag. She did well when she was attacking Trump, but not so well when answering questions about specific policies (other than abortion, she could speak about that all day), or just general questions most of us have probably been asked in job interviews….like “name some of your weaknesses.” She’s terrible at this, and I can’t believe she rose to the level of Attorney General of California without being able to speak intelligently off the cuff.
