Trump had a busy Sunday.

He was at a McDonald's in Feasterville-Trevose PA, making fries and serving food at the drive-thru window while talking to supporters and the media. Lots of supporters outside:

He then had a townhall at Lancaster, PA [Trump entered the stage around 6:08:00 mark]:

Tonight, Trump attended the Steelers-Jets game at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, PA:

Trump made a surprise visit near Asheville, NC (I think he was in Swannanoa) Monday. He spoke with a group of people in the area, and announced that the GoFundMe raised almost $8mil and funds were distributed to several charities in NC and GA, including Samaritan's Purse, Water Mission, Mtn2Sea Ministries, Clinch Foundation.

During a speech at the 11th Hour Faith Leaders Meeting in Concord NC, Dr. Ben Carson spoke briefly about Harris' response to someone who said "Jesus is Lord" at her rally.

The incident he referred to happened in Harris' rally in Wisconsin a couple of days ago.

Another viewpoint:

(The students who yelled "Jesus is Lord. Christ is King" were ushered out of the rally).

The two students were later interviewed on Fox last weekend:

A day or so after the Harris event, JD Vance responded to someone who yelled "Jesus is King" at his rally:

Mayra Guillen, the sister of Vanessa Guillen, said The Atlantic accusations are false; she said that Trump "did nothing but show respect for my family and Vanessa."

The rest of the post:

The Atlantic tried claiming Trump disparaged Vanessa and refused to pay for her funeral expenses. Vanessa was a 20-year-old Army private who was m*rdered at Fort Hood, in Texas.

Vanessa was k*lled by a soldier and his girlfriend. Her body was burned and found two months after she had gone missing.

Mayra Guillen says the accusations made by The Atlantic are false and says Trump "did nothing but show respect to my family & Vanessa."

"I don’t appreciate how you are exploiting my sister’s death for politics- hurtful & disrespectful to the important changes she made for service members," @mguilen_ said on X.

"President Donald Trump did nothing but show respect to my family & Vanessa. In fact, I voted for President Trump today."

I'm not surprised.

The people of my country that do take interest in American politics, usually are fans of Trump.

There's many Pakistani Americans who have done donations for Trump, even after he banned immigration from certain Muslim countries. A vast majority of the people in my country support Hamas and Hezbollah. Trump said he's gonna deport all the people on student visa that show support for Hamas, yet a lot of Pakistanis still like him.

I have no explanation why they like him, If I'm being honest.

The endorsement is quite specific why they support Trump: they think that Trump will improve US-Pakistan relations, as he demonstrated during his first term. Trump traveled to Pakistan, had talks with Pakistan PMs; they also noted that Biden-Harris admin didn't demonstrate any efforts to improve bilateral relations.

The last sentence:

"We believe that Mr. Trump's leadership will promote stronger diplomatic and economic ties, and ensure that Pakistani-American interests are represented at the highest levels of government."

But he's also the one who cancelled aid to Pakistan.

Like I said, I have no idea how after all that, Pakistanis still like him.

Maybe they think it's easier to deal with Trump, since he was willing to visit Pakistan and sit down with the leaders, as he did in his first term. They tried to talk to the Biden-Harris group also, and maybe they didn't feel confident with their dealings.

They concluded, as they detailed in their endorsement,  that Pakistan was treated better under the Trump admin vs Biden-Harris admin.

I don't think even they believe that is true. They just wanted to endorse him and used this as a reason.

If you ask me, I'd say Biden or Dems in general are better for other countries than Trump. They send a lot aid to foreign countries. They are too nice with them.

However, reps are better than Dems for America. I don't agree with a lot of the stuff they say or do, but the two most important things for a country like US are economy and immigration. And reps > Dems when it comes to that.

I don't mind them endorsing Trump. I don't have any problem with that. I don't like trump, but I think Kamala is even worse.

The US is $35+ Trillion in debt, and I think it's immoral to take taxpayers dollars and give it to other countries as "foreign aid", while the citizens at home are neglected. It's insane that the US even gives "foreign aid" to China, while paying interest to China for the debt!

Recently, they announced more aid to Ukraine and Israel, while many Helene survivors still don't have clean water, and many survivors of the Maui fire (last year) are still homeless.

EDIT:

US should help other countries in times of disasters and calamities, but foreign aid for arms or war, or for gender studies or other frivolous "causes" or to dictate how other countries should govern themselves, should be eliminated or severely minimized.
