These concerts are usually broadcasted in his studio basement, but last night he actually recorded at the Live Oak bar in Nashville with his band (with no audience and proper social distancing of course), which will be the regular venue for this weekly concert series from here on out, beyond the pandemic. He has also been sending out free demo tracks of his new songs to his fans who donated to his virtual tip jar. Now this is the way you engage your fans, even in the face of a global pandemic! THE EVENING SERVICE, Season 2, Episode 5: "You Pick the Cover" This stream's guest is S13 alum Dennis Drummond! Usually Barrett sings original songs for these lives, but in this episode viewers get to pick between 2 covers, and the winner will be sung! Love this idea, it will definitely make the viewers more engaged! People who donate to Barrett's Paypal/Venmo links will get a special demo of the week sent to them if they donated $5 or more.
