Jack sounds much more confident here than in his blind, where I felt he was a bit too shy to project. I would have liked if he started acapella on the show too, would have given the performance more impact.

Berritt´s song is very well written, very mature lyrics, and nice melody. Congrats on his first single.

I haven’t listened to Berritt’s yet, but I think that while Jack didn’t sound super nervous during his blind, he definitely was more comfortable here. His tone sounds rougher in this song, probably because he used his lower range more. Overall, I really like his cover because it’s a full version with acapella and string instruments. It sounds like it could be used in a movie.

I really liked Berritt’s tone, and while I didn’t capture all of the lyrics, the song sounded meaningful. Definitely will listen again. This song has made me like Berritt’s voice.

We’re bringing Voice artists Peedy Chavis and Carson Peters to The Doghouse at Ole Red Tishomingo! If you loved them performing on Team Blake, you’re not going to want to miss this!

Team Blake Voice artist Peedy Chavis doesn’t remember a time when he wasn’t obsessed with Elvis Presley. His mother started playing Elvis songs for him at 3 years old and he went on to dress as Elvis for Halloween 10 years in a row. In high school, Peedy joined musical theater and knew he was a natural entertainer. He often landed the lead roles and proceeded to compete in theater competitions throughout his school years. Outside of theater, Peedy remained on stage by gigging locally with his rock band. Peedy hopes to inspire the younger generation with his modern spin on old school rock ‘n’ roll.

It’s no surprise Blake Shelton was the first judge to turn his chair for the young artist!

Joining Peedy from Team Blake is Carson Peters. Carson started playing the fiddle at just 3 years old and began performing at 4. He quickly became a local sensation and gained national attention after performing on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” at 8 years old. He put his fiddle skills to work and started playing in bands, one of which opened for his idol, Ricky Skaggs. At 10 years old, Carson’s dreams were coming true and he got invited to perform with Skaggs at the Grand Ole Opry. Despite his success and love for the fiddle, Carson decided to make a name for himself as a singer as well and started his own bluegrass band. Outside of school, Carson has spent the past five years touring all over the U.S. as the lead singer in his band.

Don’t miss this Voice AND Team Blake reunion of these rising stars at Ole Red Tishomingo!

Good for them!

Although slight error: John turned first for Peedy. Blake turned shortly after.

Texas Hill made its Grand Ole Opry debut on January 22, 2022. Craig Wayne Boyd (43, winner of The Voice season 7); Adam Wakefield (39, runner-up of The Voice season 10); and Casey James (39, third place on American Idol season 9) began performing as a country trio in 2019. All three had performed individually on the Grand Ole Opry stage in the past, but Saturday was their first appearance together.

Texas Hill's debut full-length album Heaven Down Here was released on January 21, 2022.

Josh Gallagher performed at Ole Red Nashville on January 5 and 19. He's scheduled to play there again on January 29.

Alicia and Blake turned for Josh's blind audition in 2016. He joined Team Blake. Josh lost his knockout against roommate Sundance Head and was stolen by Adam. Josh won the semifinal Twitter Instant Save and finished season 11 in fourth place.

Josh and his wife Lindsey are apparently expecting a baby boy on February 26.

Jaclyn Lovey from Season 14 has an album out, Pink Lemonade,

Her music just gets better and better, I am honestly surprised she is not more popular.
She writes and plays all her own songs, she edits all her videos. There is no one out there producing her, or giving her money to do this.

She definitely has talent.

She and Britton wrote a song too.

My favorite song on her new album
