Carrie Ann posted her top 10 dances from all 29 seasons of DWTS at this link, and she included 2 season 29 dances. It's certainly interesting and I'm not sure I agree with all of it.

“Best Of” lists are always so questionable.  

 

For those who don’t want to read through the article:

Yeah, don’t really agree with this.  Drew’s, Mel’s and Meryl’s are the only ones where I went “yeah, that makes sense”. I adore Kaitlyn, but IDK where I would rank her AT in a “best ever” list.

Carrie Ann absolutely put that Kaitlyn dance at #3 to try and redeem herself with Bachelor Nation. It’s an amazing dance but...#3 of all-time, yeah idk about that!

 

Overall a very predictable list really. Kinda what I’d expect from a DWTS top ten. I don’t necessarily agree with it but I’m not surprised to see a lot of those inclusions since they seem like ones the show really like to hype up. 

Mel B still getting the love she deserves 24 seasons on though, we love to see it!

I think you’re on to something here. It feels like she’s trying to do damage control with them.  

 

I love Kaitlyn’s AT, obviously. It will rank very high for me on my year-end dances list, but not sure I’d have it THAT high on an overall list.

my long standing nightmare of derek fisher being a coach in the wnba has only continued to evolve. his contract renewal now elevates him to GM status as well. i hate this.

 

candace parker, chelsea gray, and nneka ogwumike are all free agents and i hope they all leave and derek fisher flounders until he's fired.

As for someone I do want to see on the show, Tayshia Adams also wants to do the show, but IDK if DWTS showrunners want the possibility of a 3rd consecutive Bachelorette winning.

Nicole Franzel would be a mess and I almost want it to happen. Even though being from a CBS reality show I know that'll be highly unlikely.

 

Would love to see Tayshia of course. Although I'm not hugely excited for Bachelor alums becoming too much of a recurring theme, I'd absolutely make an exception for her! I could see her doing very well, but also I think it would still be refreshing as from what I know she doesn't have the performance experience that past Bachelorettes have had.

 

I do wonder if Matt James would become a more likely pick just because he would be a more recent alum at the time of Season 30 airing. Or whatever Bachelor show at that point is more recent? I can't keep up anymore.
