I read somewhere else that she has a contract with them through June, 2020. Drew1903 Posted May 1, 2021 Share Posted May 1, 2021 Just feel like saying that these days when tech makes things possible... it was an appreciated thing that the night of trivia people saw & talked with each other AND enjoyed Chevel singing (& talking), ALL in real-time, LIVE, unscripted, unedited AND wonderful because of it... thanks to computers. Wasn't long ago that vehicle didn't exist. There was a time these things eliminated distance. It seems like she’s a big fan. Hmmm...once again liking her pop cover more than some of her recent country covers. Don’t get me wrong, I still like the country covers, but this is really good. I think the reason she can pull off the Adele, Alanis, John Legend covers is because she doesn’t sound like anyone else. She’s not trying to sing this like Adele. Not to beat a dead horse, but this is why she needs to write her own music, and tailor it to her own voice and style. Maybe she realizes that, maybe she doesn’t.
