  3. ~My Dancing with the Stars 30 Week 4 Night 1 Review~ Preface- Our first 9’s and another frustrating “it’s Disney night so no one leaves” nonsense. Like do a double this week, take advantage with a double show and 13 couples left. No, do a double elimination with 6 couples instead, they will. So dumb! 1. Jojo/Jenna (Viennese Waltz) 35/40: It was nice to see a female take on the more leading role in a ballroom dance and Jojo held her own for sure and controlled her energy so much better than in previous weeks. A good dance for them. My score: 35/40 2. Mel C/Gleb (Jazz) 31/40: It was packed with choreo and that was a good thing in retrospect, but it made some of it feel a bit rushed, but overall Mel pulled off a difficult and packed routine pretty solidly for the most part. My score: 32/40 3. Matt/Lindsay (Quickstep) 26/40: He still is rough with his footwork and technique. I wonder how long he will last from Bachelor Nation support. My score: 25/40 4. Jimmie/Emma (Paso Doble) 30/40: It was a solid dance, some of it felt very walking around and not as much dance, but he’s a sleeper contestant I think. My score: 29/40 5. Amanda/Alan (Rumba) 32/40: I hate how the emphasis on the dumb Mickey Challenge made this dance feel less special. She did very well with the lyricism of the Rumba and quite a lot of Rumba content. My score: 33/40 6. Olivia/Val (Samba) 35/40: Olivia is definitely growing each and every week and for someone that’s not a ringer is doing very well. I do wish that she gets the support cause she’s dancing well enough to be in the second half of the season. My score: 34/40 7. The Miz/Witney (Quickstep) 31/40: There needed to be a bit more body contact in this, but he is light on his feet. My score: 30/40 8. Kenya/Brandon (Contemporary) 29/40: It was nice seeing something a bit more emotional from her and some parts of this were very well done. It’s a shame 2 of those lifts weren’t as smooth, but it was a good performance from her. My score: 30/40 9. Brian/Sharna (Waltz) 25/40: Aside from the fact that it was kind of boring and needed more content, they are just so boring to watch even from Week 1. The whole real life couple dancing together does nothing for me. My score: 25/40 10. Suni/Sasha (Salsa) 33/40: It’s very nice seeing her come out of her shell more this week and some of those Salsa steps were actually done very well and some of those lifts were down right awesome! My score: 33/40 11. Melora/Artem (Quickstep) 36/40: Melora is definitely turning into a dark horse of a contestant. She had so much character and energy and they had good body contact and I loved the Charleston bits as well. My score: 36/40 12. Cody/Cheryl (Jive) 27/40: I’m continuing to be underwhelmed because someone of his background should be performing better. Granted it was light on Jive content, but still I keep thinking I’m gonna be wowed by him, but it hasn’t happened yet. My score: 27/40 13. Iman/Daniella (Foxtrot) 30/40: A strange dance to end the night on. Iman is someone that does nothing for me either especially because Carrie Ann is so in love with him. My score: 28/40
  4. Why do they never do double eliminations early when there are crappy dancers left and they do it in the semi finals? It's so dumb, just ELIMINATE SOMEONE!! God!!!
  5. Is there an elimination tonight, this week would be a perfect double elim week, but they havent said it once yet.
  6. Week 4, Night 1 Questions (Open-ended answers, 2 points each): - Who will open the episode? Cody - Who will close the episode? Amanda - Who will be at the top of the leaderboard? 7. ~My Dancing with the Stars 30 Week 3 Review~ Preface- BRITNEY!! I’ve always wanted a Britney night! I just wish it wasn’t so many Tangos. 1. Amanda/Alan (Cha Cha) 24/30: Looking back now, this was a really good dance. I’m glad she can handle Latin well. I do agree with Carrie Ann that her weight was a bit forward and needed to be a bit more grounded, but overall a strong dance from someone looking more and more like a finalist. My score: 24/30 2. Iman/Daniella (Tango) 19/30: I’m just not impressed yet. Carrie Ann has her crush, but it was mostly very walking around type of Tango. My score: 17/30 3. Christine/Pasha (Paso Doble) 21/30: It wasn’t a surprising elimination. A bit sad considering she did well and wanted to be on the show for so long. I think it just came down to lack of a fan base. Bling Empire just never was a super popular Netflix show and she wasn’t a big name. But nice to go out on your best dance. My score: 21/30 4. Jojo/Jenna (Argentine Tango) 24/30: It was definitely nice to see something a bit more dramatic and serious from her. It was nice to see some well executed lifts too and it was her most mature performance yet. I do wish her leg flicks were a bit sharper though. My score: 24/30 5. Kenya/Brandon (Tango) 21/30: Sad she ended up in the bottom 2 cause she’s doing well and I do like her partnership with Brandon. This dance actually was good for them. I think maybe just the Housewives fans don’t vote as much. Housewives always struggled in the past with votes. My score: 22/30 6. Brian/Sharna (Tango) 19/30: I just can’t get into them on this show. He’s not particularly memorable in any way and neither was this dance. My score: 17/30 7. Melora/Artem (Cha Cha) 23/30: This is what I’ve wanted to see from her. She was comfortable and did a full on Cha Cha and her technique was great and she was having fun! My score: 24/30 8. Mel C/Gleb (Tango) 22/30: Another solid dance from her. A shame about that very small slip up at the end but she covered it well. I knew Len would get on Gleb about the constant in and out of hold. I noticed the show has been very lenient in the last few seasons about breaking hold in the Tango and Quickstep, but even I wanted them to stay in hold more cause Mel has a great frame. My score: 23/30 9. Jimmie/Emma (Salsa) 20/30: He has good rhythm but I needed a bit more smoothness on the actual Salsa parts. He’s a decent enough dancer though. My score: 19/30 10. Olivia/Val (Tango) 24/30: I was very impressed with this dance. She had great posture and great sharpness and attack. No hesitation on any of the choreo either. Val looks excited about this partnership for the first time since maybe Normani. I just hope that she can get the votes because she’s turning into one of the better dancers this season. My score: 25/30 11. Cody/Cheryl (Jazz) 18/30: I hope they can get back in the ballroom cause this whole remote/rehearsal footage stuff is really hindering him because he has potential to be very good, but it’s going to hamper his chances soon. This dance was just very weird, I doubt it would’ve worked well in the ballroom either. Easily my least favorite of the night. My score: 18/30 12. Suni/Sasha (Foxtrot) 21/30: This was just a cause of bad song and style combo. From the wobble on the freeze to her lacking sharpness on some lines to just the weird tempo of the song. I’m glad this week is behind her, cause I think Disney week could be a good moment for her. My score: 20/30 13. Matt/Lindsay (Tango) 20/30: It was decent and the song worked well for a Tango, but he’s still very stiff. I hope Bachelor Nation doesn’t keep him too long especially if he’s not improving. My score: 19/30 14. The Miz/Witney (Salsa) 22/30: He’s not bad and he has a personality that really works with the shows demographic, but there wasn’t really much Salsa in this. My score: 21/30
  8. Amanda Kloots & Alan Bersten - "Circus" (Cha-Cha): 8 Iman Shumpert & Daniella Karagach - "Piece of Me" (Tango): 6 Christine Chiu & Pasha Pashkov - "Stronger" (Paso Doble): 7 JoJo Siwa & Jenna Johnson - "...Baby One More Time" (Argentine Tango): 8 Kenya Moore & Brandon Armstrong - "Womanizer" (Tango): 7 Brian Austin Green & Sharna Burgess - "Till The World Ends" (Tango): 6 Melora Hardin & Artem Chigvintsev - "(You Drive Me) Crazy" (Cha-Cha): 8 Melanie C. & Gleb Savchenko - "Toxic" (Tango): 8 Jimmie Allen & Emma Slater - "Outrageous" (Salsa): 7 Olivia Jade & Val Chmerkovskiy - "Hold It Against Me" (Tango): 8 Cody Rigsby & Cheryl Burke - "Gimme More" (Jazz): 5 Suni Lee & Sasha Farber - "I'm a Slave 4 U" (Foxtrot): 6 Matt James & Lindsay Arnold - "Scream & Shout" (Tango): 6 Mike "The Miz" Mizanin & Witney Carson - "Oops!... 9. Wait im pretty sure Jojo talked about Britney being an inspiration.
  10. What does Carrie Ann have for Iman? He's not good at all lol

  13. ~My Dancing with the Stars 30 Week 2 Review~ Preface- Another good night of dancing, featuring some 8’s, Tyra’s curtain dress, and a fair elimination. 1. Matt/Lindsay (Samba) 22/40: I’m so glad Levitating got used for a Samba cause it’s truly one of my favorite songs of the year. I’m just sad it got used for Matt. My score: 23/40 2. Olivia/Val (Viennese Waltz) 27/40: She’s a good dancer and she did a very good Viennese Waltz routine, but in order to combat the audience not liking her from the scandal, she needs to be better than good. However, the worse dancers should keep her around a few more weeks. My score: 27/40 3. Kenya/Brandon (Cha Cha) 24/40: She’s another fair decent dancer and having a great time. Moments in there were really good, but like Derek mentioned she needs to sustain that level the entire performance, but I love her partnership with Brandon. My score: 25/40 4. The Miz/Witney (Tango) 26/40: He’s one of the better male celebs, which isn’t saying much. I found some of the routine a bit stompy and aggressive; needing a bit more finesse. My score: 26/40 5. Brian/Sharna (Rumba) 23/40: I don’t know man, Sharna’s partners lately just don’t pop, even one that she’s currently sleeping with. He’s kind of boring and didn’t really dance. Unless there’s a big breakthrough he could be one of the next couple ones gone. My score: 22/40 6. Christine/Pasha (Salsa) 24/40: First off, I love how much of a super fan she is and even proving how she was in the audience in an early season. Some stars claim they’ve watched from the beginning, but she truly has. Similar to Kenya, there was moments of greatness in that, but not consistently. She needs to work on sharpness and sustaining. I hope she can get better, cause a bottom 2 showing on Week 2 isn’t a good sign for her. My score: 24/40 7. Jimmy/Emma (Rumba) 27/40: He was the biggest improver, score wise, but some of it was really just a bit of posing, which is what the men usually do in the Rumba. Still, a better showing from him. I fully expect him to be a mid-season elimination. My score: 26/40 8. Amanda/Alan (Foxtrot) 32/40: The best dance of the night, for me. Amanda’s Broadway background really shined through in this. Some few posturing issues to work on, but overall a great showing for them. My score: 32/40 9. Jojo/Jenna (Cha Cha) 31/40: I do love her, and she obviously has the training to handle choreo, but I do agree that I want to see something more emotional and slower from her, cause it’s still riding that line of being too much energy at times. My score: 30/40 10. Iman/Daniella (Rumba) 26/40: We found Carrie Ann’s crush cause two weeks running now, she’s overscoring him. He just kind of smoothed his way through it. He’s not a bad dancer, but not a good one either. My score: 24/40 11. Martin/Britt (Cha Cha) 15/40: Sorry Britt, better luck next season. My score: 10/40 12. Melora/Artem (Rumba) 27/40: She gave off some really good lyricism in this routine and hit some great lines. I want her to really sell it a bit more and ease into her hips, but a good dance for her. My score: 26/40 13. Cody/Cheryl (Salsa) 24/40: Not bad for a rehearsal a few days ago. He’s likely the only male celeb I reckon could make the final. He’s still kind of unknown though and I wonder if it’ll hurt him at any point. My score: 24/40 14. Mel C/Gleb (Foxtrot) 30/40: She’s a great dancer, and she showed lots of grace and elegance in her movements this week. I just really, really want Gleb to push himself on the routines, because she’s worth it. My score: 28/40 15. Suni/Sasha (Cha Cha) 28/40: Suni’s journey will be an emotional journey rather than a technical one, and it’s good because it shakes off some ringer backlash, and gives her somewhere to grow. The technique is there. She just needs to come out of her shell more and more. My score: 29/40
  14. Matt James & Lindsay Arnold - "Levitating" (Samba): 6 Olivia Jade & Val Chmerkovskiy - "Better Days" (Viennese Waltz): 7 Kenya Moore & Brandon Armstrong - "Hot Stuff" (Cha-Cha): 6 Mike "The Miz" Mizanin & Witney Carson - "Nothin' But a Good Time" (Tango): 6 Brian Austin Green & Sharna Burgess - "Say You Won't Let Go" (Rumba): 5 Christine Chiu & Pasha Pashkov - "Despacito" (Salsa): 6 Jimmie Allen & Emma Slater - "Make Me Want To" (Rumba): 6 Amanda Kloots & Alan Bersten - "It Had To Be You" (Foxtrot): 8 JoJo Siwa & Jenna Johnson - "Rain On Me" (Cha-Cha): 7 Iman Shumpert & Daniella Karagach - "U Know What's Up" (Rumba): 5 Martin Kove & Britt Stewart - "Twist & Shout" (Cha-Cha): 2 Melora Hardin & Artem Chigvintsev - "All By Myself" (Rumba): 7 Cody Rigsby & Cheryl Burke - "Don't Go Yet" (Salsa): 7 Melanie C. & Gleb Savchenko - "Here Comes The Sun" (Foxtrot): 8 Suni Lee & Sasha Farber - "I Like It" (Cha-Cha): 7
  15. Couldn't have been an easier decision if they tried, Martin wouldn't have won a vote against anyone. The right elimination.
