Aww darn, I would have preferred Snow Owls to advance, but oh well. Was super excited to find out who they were and was disappointed again that I never heard of them. I was hoping to actually be familiar with the first duo act, but oh well (again). Still fun to have them on and I had a feeling Nicole was right with her final guess.

I like everyone you named here to various degrees, but especially Anya, Pasha, Katee, Janette, Brandon, and Jeanine. The last three were my main favorites of S5 with Jeanine as my absolute favorite. Pasha and Katee were among my top 2 or 3 favorites on their seasons as well, but I loved Sabra, Lacey, and Chelsie more. Yeah, S6 was a weird one for me. Aw, I get the comparison with Jessica and Haley. Mia was/is one of my favorite choreographers though so that's too bad. Ah, I forgot Jessica withdrew and I wonder how much further she might have gone. LOL oh gosh. I was a fan of Will, but I get your reasoning. I remember feeling this as well with those three. Yikes, that's unfortunate, but thank goodness for helpful neighbors! Yay. Aww no. Oh darn, I don't actually recognize any of these songs, but the "Smooth Operator" title sticks out to me. Maybe I'm just reminded of Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal." 29. Madison VanDenburg - Breakaway: Ah, I did like Madison, but was really let down by her in the finals. The Kelly comparisons were frustrating and this performance wasn't a great one. I thought I liked it more than I did watching it back right now... the beginning was rough and the belting parts near the end weren't so good for me either. So yeah, I agree with your thoughts here. 28. Julia Gargano - Beauty and the Beast: LOL I remember you just recently making a comment on this performance so kind of shocked it's not last. I remember this fairly well or at least my reaction to it because I did not like it at all. I love this song in general, but that arrangement was all wrong for me. I agree her voice sounds good in a certain range, but she was inconsistent and this was not one of her better showings. Ironically, I think she gave my least favorite and favorite performances of hers in the same night. lol another yellow dress. 27. Blake Lewis - This Is My Now: Yay your opening comments and I agree with those, of course. I submitted this so you know it's my least favorite from Blake. The song definitely was not suited for him and it showed. I'm curious what he would have done to change it up, but agree it all worked out for the best. 26. Dalton Rapattoni - Radioactive: Two of mine back to back? lol it's fine though. I will again yay your opening comments, although he was never a miss for me. This does stand out as my least favorite performance of his, but I honestly still like it. I'm trying to remember what when on this week though, because I remember some mild drama regarding the song, like he wanted a different one or wasn't able to perform this the way he wanted? I can't remember and it's annoying me. But yeah, I still like this and I guess I will enough for the both of us, lol.

Sade: No spoiler tags here. I have actually heard of Sade, but am not familiar with her or her music at all. LOL her being old enough to be your mom (and same for me). But well, we all have our taste. I really like the way you described her regarding her sensuality and elegance. I took a listen to the songs you posted and she does have a unique voice. It has a kind of warm quality about it that I like. Her tone and music also appears to suit the way you described her as a person. I like what you said about the way she chooses to release music, but can definitely get the frustration as well. Ten years? I would go crazy.
