Oooh I prefer SYTYCD overall as well but I think I prefer this Top 20 here. I think I have more bigger faves that made it to the end here so yay for that, at least.

She was the last standing non-black person of BB23 last year. She made it to 7th and was in a showmance with Christian. This show starts July 6th at 9:30 after the Big Brother premiere.

Yeah I was also thinking that next week would be the Boys reveal + performance episode. Before all of this info, I was thinking the Top 12 contestants would be paired up dancing together - for 6 routines on the show, which fits well enough for an hour long episode. But I'm guessing that's not going to happen, at least for the next 2 episodes. But yeah if they dance with All-Stars, I'm curious who those All-Stars will be.

Jennifer also had a new interview out today on a new initiative to help Latina entrepreneurs! This was a moving and touching interview!

Yeah totally agreed. I think a 2 hour episode would have done it definite justice. I don't know why FOX won't give SYTYCD a 2 hour show on Wednesday and then move MasterChef to another night, like a Tuesday. FOX airs repeats of shows on Tuesdays, which aren't really needed. Lol yeah I saw this on the TV listings. I AM SO CONFUSED by all of this.

I noticed the "Studio Shows" mention rather than "Live Shows." I thought that meant another round of dancing but then... that doesn't make sense for just the Final 12. Everything has me so confused by thank you for this info!

LMAO me neither. I was sad not seeing the Top 12 being announced, but the episode reallly went by so fast! I was wondering how they would cram everything into an hour long episode as it did feel so rushed. I kinda wish we saw more of the choreography rounds and some of it tie into next week's episode with the Top 12 reveal. But I'm guessing this will be a combined Top 12 reveal / performance show? I'm so confused lol.

Yeah before this episode, I thought Brianna would be a strong contender for the Top 12. But then this episode with the dance for your life solo she had to do, I figured her chances were doomed. Sad, as I did enjoy her. Hope to see her again next year. Thank you for keeping track of all of the statuses of these contestants like this. This format is going by SO fast that I can't remember who all is still in, got cut and what not.

Ughh yeah that was a really sad and tough cut. I wish we saw more of her dancing to see why/how she got cut rather than a montage. Ahh yeah I'm wondering this too. There's so many good dancers that it's been crazy hard seeing so many of them go. And I don't know how they can narrow it down from this Top 24.
