  1. That's why I was also "angry" that Niall chose Mara over Alexa: his team lost some diversity and it complicated things for Nini
  2. SHE DID IT Lila you are incredible, deserved place in the Top 5!! I hope you get an amazing set, let's go for a spot in the Top 3. After many seasons, a folk artist reaches the final episode. so proud
  3. Lila needs to choose something from Carole King and we are complete Don't ask me why but I have this feeling (probably wrong): 1. Mara 2. Huntley 3. Lila 4. Ruby 5. Jacquie Ruby has been disappointing in lives and I feel like the audience fell in love with Mara. I feel sad for Mac, I loved his style (John is right, he needs to release an album) but it's not the type of R&B that the public prefers. fantastic journey
  4. I'll blame Niall for this, but I have 2 more performances of Lila and the duet with John. My girl from Seattle
  5. the coaches looked incredible last night! especially Gwen and John (McQueen)
  6. Lila was the best! 1. Lila 2. Nini 3. Mac 4. Mara 5. Huntley 6. Jordan 7. Ruby 8. Jacquie 9. Bias
  7. I can understand that not everyone likes his style but he had a solid journey on the show and his semi-final was no exception.
  8. Our girl said I want my place in the finals!! is what I wanted from her for this round, I would have loved A Case of You but River was a smart choice. Lila is a mini Joni, they both sing with grace and delicacy and know how to take advantage of the inflections of their voices. I don't want to get my hopes high but a duet with John would be totally magical.
  9. what i want: Lila, Mac, Huntley, Nini, Ruby what will happen: Mac, Mara, Huntley, Ruby and one of Jacquie/Jordan (yes, i said what i said
  10. Lila gave me everything I wanted. My favorite of the night and yes, I will get my hopes up so that later the audience will disappoint me. I liked Mac, it wasn't perfect but it's the type of R&B I like to listen to. Interesting to hear him use his growl/rasp more. Nini, I didn't like the arrangement 100% and at times her growl is too much for me or unnecessary, but a solid performance. Maybe I would have changed the ending to make it more epic. I give Mara points for her stage presence (a little overacted) but I can't with her voice and diction, sounds very forced (all times). It's just not what I expected from her based on her audition. Huntley with a good song but I only liked the last stretch, the start was very flat but maybe that's because I LOVE Noah's audition. I guess Bias and Jordan were okay, but it wasn't my cup of tea. Alive is a great song, but it didn't make sense to Jacquie. I think she deserved better than that. Ruby was good but I feel like she is not growing/evolving as she could (at times I felt like she was screaming )
  11. couldn't see it live!! Lila with Joni??? a dream come true the trios are on TW and exile was my favorite, so gorgeous!! excelent job Huntley will surely sing Rag'n'Bone Man next week, and i'm here for that
  12. opener: Ruby (maaaaybe Mara) closer: Mac
  13. Huntley Ruby Mac Mara Jacquie Lila Nini Bias Jordan
  14. so Mara, Nini, Jacquie: Ready For It? Lila, Mac, Ruby: cardigan / exile / champagne problems Huntley, Jordan, Bias: Tell Me Why?
  15. I LOVE HER also, Azan seems so happy for her, even for Jordan! She knew what would happen
  16. I posted it in the other thread, but I think Fade Into You is a good option for her
  17. an ARIANA song!?! pop song?!? It's impossible to find something further from the Azan style She had one of my favorite careers on the show! i'm so sad. Zania Alake 2.0
