Desz and Kelsie is will be Kelly’s top 2, but Desz is probably going to the finale. Gwen MIGHT bring Carter/Liam (or they might almost miss it like Taylor John Williams), but he needs an IS for that. Blake has Jim/Taryn (only one are making it, the other will be in the instant save) and John has a handful of people with potential....I’m guessing Cami or Sid will be his ticket
to the top 4.
If Desz has really good song choices and producer favor, she might win. I doubt they want Blake winning again. And as for John Legend, he is known for giving his team bad song choices (with the exception of S16) and Gwen doesn’t have as much of a coach following but Carter/Liam could very well place 4th or even 3rd.
Im guessing it’s gonna be a Blake vs. Kelly showdown in the Top 2...Maybe John Legend sneaks up there and steals Jim/Taryn’s spot with Cami.

I’m guessing the pimp spot for the episode will be Tamara, Desz, Someone from Team Blake or Gwen, John Holiday/Sid (exchangeable) and John’s final artist. They’ll probably short clip or montage the other 2 artists in a random episode so it doesn’t seem that he’s totally behind.

I really really liked the battles in Season 16
Maelyn Jarmon VS Samantha Brister (comeback) - both of them did exceptionally well, and the battle overall had really great moments and harmony.
Jej Vinson vs Beth Griffith Manley (stolen by John) - WOW!!! I got chills listening to them, they were a perfect matchup. It was emotional, intimate and candy to my ears.
Kim Cherry vs Kendra Checketts (stolen by Adam) - What I loved was their competitiveness because you can tell both of them really wanted this! Blake coached them really well and I’m glad Kendra got stolen.

Out of all the teams, I think Team Gwen is lacking a front runner to win. I hope Liam or Carter are in the finale, but I doubt it.
Frontrunners on each team:
Blake: Taryn, Jim, Sam Stacy
John: Cami, Sid, Tamara, Casme
Kelly: Desz, Kelsie, Skylar/Marisa
Gwen: Maybe Liam? Carter?

If you think Mandi did bad, you should have seen Anaya’s performance. I loved her audition and battle, but her knockout was a real letdown and overall a pitchy performance. Mandi actually did really well, she was powerful and she sang with such passion and ache...I personally loved it but I respect your opinionz

Ok I confirmed my ticket and I cannot wait!!! Although I have the afternoon taping for September 8, I am fairly confident that at least one steal will be used and the battles will be fire.

Yup. I saw Anaya’s KO performance and she messed up a lot and it was pitchy so I think the producers actually did her a favor rather than Anaya getting negative comments on her performance

They had way too many battle montages in Season 15 though.
6 absolutely montaged (5 seconds), 4 battles cut short (it was only like 30 seconds) and 4 knockout performance cut short (in which one resulted in a steal)

Batch 1: Gotta go with Josh on this but I also really loved Jordan’s performance of Halo.
Batch 2: I liked Chevel and Maelyn’s performance A LOT! Ultimately I voted Maelyn because she is the QUEEN of The Voice!

Do you think there are gonna be any montages this year?

In each premiere (2 hr) episode, there are usually 8-9 successful artists that land on teams. The first week each team will probably have 4-5 people in their team (some artists being short clipped).
Than the next Monday episode will probably add 2 (or 3) more people to each team. So each team will have 6-7 names. Then add up 2 more names in the next 2 hr episode (this episode will have a lot of filler). Now some teams will have 8 people and some will have 9. It will take about an hour episode for the teams to completely fill up (1. Blake, 2. Gwen, 3. Kelly and 4. John - though they might not air it in the order that it happened).
Then the 3 battles and advisor introduction and instruction will take an hour.
- I think it’s gonna be 5 weeks also, but I don’t think anyone will be montaged that landed on a team. Each contestant’s intro package, audition, coach selection and pitches take about 9 minutes. There are usually 3 people that fail to land on any team, and I think they are going to stretch out the episodes.
- If my theory is correct, then there’s probably gonna be 2-3 more weeks of battles (some will be short) and then we don’t even know about KO’s yet.

I want DESZ to win so bad! She’s like Toneisha Harris, but better.
And I want Cami, Liam/Carter and Kelsie or Taryn to join her in the finale.
But Jim would take one of those spots ofc. I just realized that Tanner might pull a Kaleb Lee and make the semifinals because he’s an authentic country singer on Team Kelly. If he was on TBlake, people wouldn’t have voted for him as much. Gwen might get Liam to pull a Taylor John Williams, but I don’t think he can make the finals...neither can I imagine Carter would. John has a bunch of talented people with potential, so as long as he doesn’t screw up his team like last season, he’s being represented in the finale.
