It’s always so tough to pick people out though. I remember when people thought Francisco wasn’t going to be good. There were hardly any videos of him, his promo of like 5 seconds of singing didn’t sound that great, and he wasn’t in the original top 20 spoilers

Fun fact: just scanning through some competitors I found that we’ve got someone VERY planty. Jamie Grace was nominated for a Grammy and won a Dove award with this song. she’s now a fairly famous worship podcaster. I don’t think she’ll make top 20 regardless but interesting considering the fame she had.

Hawaii was actually filmed in late January. But I haven’t noticed any contestants flying so it could be a few weeks later this year and probably would just be in Cali.

It moreso gurantees promo singers will be on the premiere than go far. Also the week before promos are more important. The oscar one had a boatload of top 40 people.

It seems like Anilee and Cassandra have been in almost every promo as well
