  1. Brynn ended up going live almost an hour early, hopefully anyone that wanted to catch it was able to, she mentioned she felt bad about coming on earlier than announced. In addition to talking about the song Brynn mentioned possibly touring again later this year or early next year and they were still working things out. She asked people to send her cities they want her to do a show in. Someone asked how many songs album and she said there were 14. She mentioned that it was interesting that Gemini and Girl Code were the first songs released because Gemini was the first song she wrote for the album and Girl Code is the last one she wrote. There won't be a full music video for Girl Code just a lyric video. She said she was in the process of designing Girl Code merchandise.
  2. Brynn will be live on Instagram at 12 a.m. CT tonight, that's 1 a.m. ET and 10 p.m. PT to celebrate the release of Girl Code.
  3. I found this setlist from Brynn's show way back in March at Rockwood Music Hall. She played a few new songs that I don't think I've seen posted anywhere either by Brynn or fans. I recognize the titles of the new unreleased songs from the songs she has registered on ASCAP, she' credited as the sole writer on all of them, I put those songs in bold. Setlist 1. Long Way Home 2. Last Night's Mascara 3. If I Could 4. Beginning of the End 5. Love you in my mind 6. Secondhand Smoke 7. Imaginary Stranger 8. Copper Coins 9. Boy From Home 10. Bad Romance (Lady Gaga cover) 11. Jane 12. Girl Code 13. Gemini https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/brynn-cartelli/2022/rockwood-music-hall-new-york-ny-63b6ba07.html
  4. The first full song video I've found from this tour. "Girl Code" shot from the big screen at the show in Tinley Park, IL tonight. I haven't found a setlist for this tour yet, but I've seen clips of Jane and Love You In My Mind so far. In a weird coincidence so many people that posted video from tonight posted clips of Jane.
  5. The only video I've seen from last night was the one from the post that Brynn reposted in her IG story. It's of "Love You In My Mind." https://www.instagram.com/p/CgzOgZZgLbq/ Brynn's mom Deb, posted a picture of her performing on her story, I noticed there was a keyboard player in addition to Torey on guitar. Also, I noticed a few tweets to Brynn last night from a couple of fans asking her if she could come out and say hi, I'm assuming that means she didn't have meet and greets set up like she did when she toured with Kelly which is certainly understandable at the moment. One of the tweets was from the girl that Brynn reposted so at least she got an acknowledgement from her.
  6. Brynn's first show opening for One Republic is tonight in Clarkston, MI. It looks like Torey Harding will be joining her again playing guitar, he played with her when she opened for Kelly. Hopefully some videos will pop up during the tour. I remember Brynn's mom would occasionally live stream for a bit during her set. Also, Brynn released the cover art for Girl Code yesterday. https://www.instagram.com/p/CguXnr5Ogyo/ For anyone who signed up to receive texts from Brynn there was a link sent out where they'll send you a Girl Code themed word search if you send them what your Girl Code is.
  7. The movie is out today in theaters. Chevel just posted on her story telling people to go see it and that you'll see a familiar face so that seems to be confirmation that she is in it.
  8. When Blake, John, and Nick were on Kelly's show during Season 20 and they were talking about being intimidated by Ariana coming in the next season Kelly made a comment about how it was only for one season so I took that to mean that Ariana only signed on for one season. If she had been paid as high a salary as people are assuming she was it wouldn't be surprising if the show was only able to sign her for a single season. Considering that she didn't cause an increase in ratings it wouldn't make sense business wise to bring her back.
  9. Vengeance is having it's premiere in L.A. next Monday 7/25. https://1iota.com/show/1381/vengeance-premiere
  10. Here's Brynn talking about her Nord 3 keyboard on the Grammys' YouTube channel.
  11. Girl Code will be released on August 5th. Does anyone understand what dance she's referencing in the video? It sounds like she said "The Cat Night," but I'm not sure. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=437454994947593
  12. Brynn posted a clarification about which dates she will be appearing at in her IG story, but it disappeared before I could double check the dates. I did see her post somewhere on social media that she wasn't going to be doing the San Francisco date on 8/17. Looking at the dates on Brynn's website her last tour date will be in Utah on 8/13.
  13. Brynn Cartelli will be opening for One Republic on their current tour, August 2nd to 17th, 9 dates total. Most of the dates are in the Midwest. https://www.instagram.com/p/Cf6w2iPspbr/
  14. Same here, she leaves the tour one stop before the tour gets to the city closest to me and it's a 6 hour drive for me to get to her last show so I don't think I'll be making the trip. Hopefully down the line once all these pandemic postponed tours have cycled through and more opener slots become available she'll get something that's for the full length of a tour and we'll all have more opportunities to see her.
  15. Big news! Brynn just announced she's opening for One Republic for 9 dates on their current tour. Need to Breathe is opening for the whole tour and Brynn is listed below them on the poster so I'm assuming she'll go on before them and have basically the opener for the opener slot, similar to when she toured with Kelly. I've been hoping she'd get an opening gig with a bigger artist and this is an arena tour. She recently did one off opening gigs for New Rules and Why Don't We and from the videos clips I saw she seemed very well received there, I'm hopeful that trend continues. https://www.instagram.com/p/Cf6w2iPspbr/
  16. Last month Elektra Entertainment (previously called Elektra Music Group) formed a new label group with 300 Entertainment, the new label group is called 300 Elektra Entertainment. Not quite sure what this new grouping means for the artists on the respective labels, but 300 Entertainment posted this performance and interview with Brynn yesterday. She sings Imaginary Stranger and Gemini. The production of the performance is pretty different than what we're used to seeing from her, it seems like they aimed to recreate the sound of recordings as closely as possible.
  17. Chevel said at her birthday show that she was hoping that song would be released "this month," it was June 18th at the time so obviously it didn't happen. But clearly there's an intention to release it in the near future. According to the listing on ASCAP the other writers of the song are Cary Barlowe, Jesse Frasure, and Tiffany Vartanyan.
  18. Yes it's an unreleased original called "Good for Nothin.'" She also sang it at the show she did on her birthday. I was in the middle of making a post about her birthday show, but I accidentally lost what I had written when I rebooted my computer and I haven't gotten around yet to re-doing it yet. She sang several unreleased songs that I don't think have been mentioned on here before. Unfortunately I don't have any video since there was an announcement made right before the show started asking the audience not to take pictures or video. I can at least give some info about the songs and stuff though.
  19. Brynn posted on Instagram a couple of days ago indicating she was in L.A. She didn't indicate why she was there, but I'd assume she's probably working on writing/recording for the album.
  20. If anyone that missed it here's the archived video of the performance. https://www.instagram.com/tv/CfFeQHEpXGd/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Unfortunately an emergency vehicle drove by with the siren turned on in the middle of Girl Code. It seemed like there were a lot of new people that watched and liked her because people were asking for her name several times in the stream, she finally pinned a message with her Instagram handle towards the end of the stream so hopefully that made it easier for them to find her and follow. The set list was: 1. If I Could 2. Gemini 3. Girl Code
  21. For some reason I didn't get the message with the link just one hinting about moving on from Gemini season. The pre-save link Girl Code is in her bio on TikTok as well: https://www.tiktok.com/link/v2?aid=1988&lang=en&scene=bio_url&target=https%3A%2F%2Fbrynncartelli.lnk.to%2Fgirlcode
  22. Brynn posted a preview of her next single on TikTok it's called Girl Code. She mentioned during her live session for Paste that it was going to be released this summer.
  23. Brynn is performing on MTV's Instagram live at 7 p.m. ET tonight.
  24. Brynn will be performing live on Paste Magazine's YouTube channel at noon EST today. ETA: Brynn played three songs with just her on guitar and also answered a few questions from the host. Brynn mentioned before singing Girl Code that she will be releasing that one later this summer. Setlist: 1. If I Could 2. Gemini 3. Girl Code
  25. Update, Alexa's "Could've Just Left Me Alone" has gotten 3 million streams on Spotify since it's release just 10 days ago. As far as sales, Alexa peaked at #8 on the All Genres chart and #3 on the Pop chart. The song has good placements on a few Spotify playlists right now which could drive even more streams.
