Woah, that was surprisingly awesome! Now I’m super curious to see what dumb excuse John’s gonna try to use to dump this guy for singing one of his songs.

Another weak/basic night, but whatever. 1. Arei Moon - the best of the night for me, mostly cause she has tons of charisma and I really liked that. 2. Toneisha Harris - bound to be the best vocalist of the season, most likely. Not my style but I must repect it. 3. Chelle - cool song, underwhelming performance. But she's got potential, I can only hope. 4. Zach Day - super smooth tone, but why so many runs? I got really tired 30secs into the performance, tbh. 5. Levi Watkins - why is this little boy on the voice? he's clearly not ready, not by a mile.

Very basic premiere tbh. But here we go. 1. Todd Michael Hall - ended up being my favorite of the night mostly bc he's quite different from what we're used to get on the show. Crazy range as well, very entertaining! 2. Joanna Serenko - something about the way she sings reminded me a lot of Alicia Key's style and that's a huge compliment, bc for me Alicia has one of the most interesting voices in the game rn 3. Darious Lyles - not someone i'd see myself rooting for, but his audition was VERY GOOD and captivating! Very interesting take on the song too. 4. Todd T - very good, not my cup of tea, but super strong and potential finalist cause you know... Team Blake, cute family, etc. 5. Tayler Green - her voice is amazing and way too big for the songchoice she chose. Hope she gets better songs moving on. 6. Nelson Cade II - nice rasp, but very generic and unauthentic. 7. Megan Danielle - not bad, but she should be singing country songs? idk, just think she has the tone and voice style for it. 8. Tate Brusa - cute but why??

Not really sure how “unpop” (or not) it is, but... Marybeth is free falling. She’s been pretty underwhelming since the lives started. I keep expecting a moment from her, but every performance of hers is just so “just there”. John isn’t really helping either. I thought she was some kind of pop-ish country leaning artist, but her journey with John doesn’t sign at that direction at all. IDK, I guess I was just expecting something very different from her and it’s probably on me anyways.

Pharrell is currently in Brazil, I think it's very much unlikely for him to show up on The Voice tonight

I don’t think he’s ever spoken anything bout it. But I was under the same impression, haha. Maybe cuz he looks a ton like Matt Bomer and my mind just automatically sends me there lol.

It hasn’t gone fractional just yet, so I’d say it’s pretty good so far.
