He basically announced without announcing. I’m sure the goal is to get ahead of possibly indictments. I still think it’s way too early. He’ll be a sitting duck for months/years. As someone who would rather he didn’t get the nomination, I’m actually happy he’s announcing now, rather than later. I’d prefer he didn’t announce at all, but it is what it is. The next shoe to drop: Democrats will look to send Biden out to pasture.
