So Katy picked Paramore, Radiohead, Jorja Smith (I assumed she picked that and Lionel picked Macy Gray)... She also picked Lilac Wine last season... I want her picking the songs every week for every contestant, great music tast and such cool choices.

It's one of the most heartbreakingly beautiful songs out there. It really is all about the emotion, to cover it you either make everyone cry or you flop

Also, they should've probably given Haven's songs to Wé. "River" and "Cuz I Love You" are actually great picks for her.

So you are telling me Wé had both "I Try" and "Don't Watch Me Cry" and went for IHN? I'm sorry but she deserves to go home just for that. Don't Watch Me Cry is such a special song. I wonder if she can nail such an emotional song though.

Jay singing "Remember Me"... The exact number of runs this song needs is ZERO, so I am afraid.

Jay's best performance of the season, by far. These lyrics are not 100% believeable from this young man, but he sold them well enough, and the vocal was amazing and very tasteful, which is unusual coming from him. Amazing job.

Emyrson is another one who never knows what the hell she is singing about. And the vocal tonight was, unfortunately, not good at all. Allegra or Ava deserved this spot.

Tristen has a big problem. He is just not a very good singer yet.

Leah's connection to the material she sings is unmatched. Her artistry is sooo far above pretty much everyone else this season it's not even funny

This theme is amazing. Huntergirl's song choice though? Atrocious. Soooo boring, no stage presence, and the song is not a good vocal or emotional showcase. Her worst performance to date. High school karaoke.

OMG no way that is a cooler song choice than literally every single song sung so far (and we already had a cool one with "Wonderwall"). I'm mad we missed that.

If this guy connected any less to the songs he sang, he would... Actually, he couldn't connect any less. He just starts random clapping, he doesn't give us any heartbreak. And he even had some weird pitch problems this time screaming at us in the end. Not good. Christian is a great singer, but a terrible artist.

Tristen getting the goodbye speech from Katie. He deserves to go through through. I am usually not a fan, but he was awesome.

Tristen's song choice really cost him. Either that, or minivan hates Billie Eilish so much that Fritz didn't make it (he's clearly making it though). Emyrson big notes are always so strained and somewhat pitchy. She needs to work on that.

Elli is not being saved, but she had probably the best "save me" performance. Her voice is just so beautiful. Lionel lost the plot with his goodbye speech

Was this a goobye speech for Jacob? It could go either way. I do believe the decisions are all already made though.

Something was clearly off in the middle of the performance. He did recover for the ending. Maybe he couldn't hear himself?

I am usually not into country, but Noah is GOOOOD.

Jay does not deserve to make it based on the quality of the "save me" performance. But he will make it.

The "Believer" chorus legit sounded like a horror movie

I am not sure this was a good song choice for a "save me" performance, but I just love her voice and her whole vibe. It's sad she was montaged the whole season, we hadn't realized before she had this amazing personality.
