  1. Thanks. I need to learn how and I will find out. I appreciate you trying to help.
  2. What can I do if one of my pictures goes over the 60kB limit?k. I have a couple of decent pictures from the concert, but I can't post them.
  3. It did get a late start due to a 'medical emergency". I think our meet and greet was after 8:30. Of course, it was a great concert. Best part: I met a co worker that I hadn't seen since 2010!!! She knew I'd be there and we got up at the same time to go the meet and greet. She had a VIP, so she got Scotty to sign her laminated card from the fan club, "Go Hokies"!!!! Scotty said not to tell his Dad. So Mike, if you are reading this, Scotty did not sign anything Go Hokies! Anyway State pounded Tech in football this year, so it is all good. We also got a picture together with Scotty. Loved the concert can't say much more than that!! I'll look to see if any of my photo are any good tomorrow. Got to get to bed, I have a big day tomorrow. I am going to pick up a horse in West Virginia I just bought!! I've only been wanting a horse since I was 12ish. I am pretty sure when I get him out of the trailer at the barn I use, I'll be crying!! His barn name is Moe, registered American Saddlebred name is More Than A Memory.
  4. Just to let you know that I will be at this concert tonight. I will try and post pictures tomorrow sometime, if I can get it figured out!!
  5. Sorry for the late update, it's been a crazy weekend! Melissa, Laura, and I certainly enjoyed our time together at the concert. The last time we got together was in December for Laura's 50th birthday and it didn't involve Scotty! Shock! Harrisburg is a very nice town and they have done lots of nice things for their citizens and Scotty's free concert was at the top of the list. We got there shortly after 2 because we weren't sure how many people would get their early to put out their chairs. Part of the area (front and center in front of stage) was reserved for Harrisburg residents, but at 5 pm they took down the fencing and we were able to move our chairs to front and center!! By the time the show started, the place was packed. There were people way up on the hill. I don't know how many were there. We had a good time talking with Mike and petting Rosie. We felt very lucky that Scotty, Gabi, Avery, and Moose came over. That was basically because Moose wanted to see Rosie!! We talked to Scotty and Gabi for a few minutes and oohed and awed over Avery. Such a cutie pie! They had excellent video of the concert behind Scotty (maybe that is what you saw) and he was on fire. He is so much fun to watch perform in NC, it means so much to him. He played songs we hadn't heard in awhile and that was a blast. We had meet and greets and it was good to have the opportunity to do that again. Laura and Melissa will see him in Surf City and Nov 4th and I will see him on Nov 30th, here in Roanoke.
  6. If you call the fan club, they can fix it for you. My email was deactivated.
  7. Okay, I have it figured out now, since I called the fan club. All is good! Just a little panic!!
  8. I see that Scotty is at Berglund center, 15 mins from me. Although I am a member of the fan club, I never get emails from them. Is there a presale for this? Thanks!
  9. I'm getting goose bumps! This is awesome! So happy for Scotty! Great song by the way, I can just listen to it over and over.
  10. I looked it up because even though I lived close by I didn’t know the history. The unincorporated town started in the mid 1800’s as Harrisburg, but it became an incorporated town in 1973, like you said. It is not very big, though it is growing quickly because people who work in Charlotte live there. It’s a cute place and we used to go to its 4th of July celebration, because it was small town fun. Having Scotty come is big time news for sure!
  11. Oh the irony of life. I happen to be in Charlotte now because my daughter had surgery and I’m nursing her back to health! So close, yet not able to go!
  12. I am so sorry that I will not be able to go to the Greensboro concert. We will be having our family vacation at Hatteras Island and we come back on the 18th. I am glad that he is getting out there with Brooks and Dunn, he will get a lot of exposure.
  13. Thanks for letting me know how to do that Sandy. I think I was trying to make it harder than it was and it was about 2 hours after my bed time!!
  14. It had been a long time since I had had the chance to see Scotty and I am so glad I got to go to the concert. As always, he was so good. Most of the fans were Alabama fans but there were plenty singing back to him especially on Damn Strait. The whole crowd got into the Oldies medley and were really singing then. He got a standing ovation at the end. There was a huge traffic back up to get into the Berglund Center, in fact as soon as we got off the interstate and there was sidewalk, I got out of the car and walked really fast into the venue!! I made it with about 2 minutes to spare. My husband went and park the car for us. I was able to visit with Judy and Mike at the intermission and it was great to see them after such a long time. I have videos on my Youtube channel, but I have no idea how to put them here. I used to know, but it has been way to long ago. If someone wants to post them or tell me how to, I'd appreciate the help. I know there are some of the same up on IDF, but we had really good seats and were pretty close to the stage.
  15. This is like the perfect show for my husband and I, he likes Alabama and I love Scotty!!
  16. I will do my best. I'm pretty excited, it has been since Sept 2021 since I have seen him.
  17. I will be there!! I was not going to be able to go to the original show because of my mother in laws memorial service, but when it was rescheduled I got tickets right away. I think the tickets are by the side of the stage, near the front. Hopefully I will get some good photos and video and will post here on Friday night when I get home. We have moved from Charlotte and Roanoke is home for us now.
  18. I am sorry that this concert got postponed, but now I am going to get tickets because I can go on Dec. 9th!!
  19. I got mine yesterday too and it was all pretty easy. I did leave a message about my favorite and why it was my favorite.
  20. Just listening to the radio and heard that Scotty is going to open for Alabama on June 3rd here in Roanoke. That’s about 10 mins from me and unfortunately I can’t go. My mom in law passed in January and that is the weekend the memorial service is planned with a family reunion. I’m sad I’ll have to miss it because it would have been fun.
  21. Whoop, whoop! That's where I live now, Roanoke!! The leaves haven't changed that much yet, but they will soon!! It's about 7 miles from me on the other side of the Blue Ridge Parkway! I hope they have a blast and the weather is good!
  22. My daughter who lives in Wilmington said this is a beautiful venue and it's her favorite. Unfortunately, the kitchen cabinets we ordered in April have come in and we are in the middle of a kitchen and master bath renovation and I can't leave Roanoke to go to Wilmington. Sad that I am going to miss the show and seeing my friends, but I have to say, I am excited about my kitchen!
  23. Sue and I were so excited to go to this concert even if it was 112° outside! It was very nice inside. Scotty was energized and very excited to be on stage. He told us he was very tired of zoom concerts! The crowd was very involved even if everyone stayed in their seats until the very end. There was lots of singing back to him and he seemed to enjoy that. He was emotional during 5 More Minutes and the crowd supported him. Gabi was sitting just off stage. Thanks Sandy for posting my videos! It was so good to be at a live concert again.
  24. The Biltmore at Christmas time is something special. It is so beautiful, just like the love between these two.
