Beyonce herself has said her latest album is NOT a country album...it's a Beyonce album offering mixed genres. I do think JayZ is the one pushing the country drama. Beyonce got a great slot on a CMA awards show...and allegedly JayZ felt she was treated poorly.

Scotty got his notices on stage, and got to watch the last 2 minutes of the State victory over UNC. That was one ecstatic man!

The team used to be called the Johnstown Jets and they (and their stadium)were used as a model for the team in Slap Shot. However, the players in the movie were old timers for the most part. Imagine getting paid to appear in the movie -- for doing just what you love to do! If you've followed hockey for a lot of years...just saying the words Hanson Brothers to other fans brings back immediate memories of this film.

Whenever I think of Johnstown PA....it's not the great flood that pops up in my mind...it's that the movie Slap Shot was filmed there. Probably my all-time favorite sports movie.

Glad to see Heather Morgan listed for Porch. She writes some very good songs...and she toured with Scotty.

I went to the QTown show the last time he appeared...show was cut short by thunder storms. Very organized event with very nice staff. I would definitely consider going to it again.
