  1. Interesting.... I need to reassess things then
  2. Just to clarify, should question four have three answers instead of two? I counted three when I looked
  3. Dang, Wyatt's gone? I thought he had a really good shot at winning too. I hope whatever the reason is, it's nothing too serious.

  5. lol this was the one round I wasn't in it
  6. It's tragic, but I totally understand it. Weavile is pretty awesome!
  7. Vikavolt Vikavolt is a pretty cool Pokemon. It's actually not among my top bugs, but it's still pretty amazing! They evolve from Charjabug when leveled up in a magnetic field or with a thunder stone. Vikavolt has insanely high special attack, which is useful for its electric typing, but is super slow. Ooh, unsurprisingly, Vikavolt has the highest base special attack of all bug Pokemon. Vikavolt's Japanese name is Kuwagannon, which reminds me of that one red bug Digimon, which is pretty cool tbh. The name comes from kuwagatamushi (stag beetle) and cannon. Anyways, sorry to any fans of Vikavolt, but congrats to them making it this far! Saving Umbreon
  8. Blastoise lol Venustoise was always iconic. Anyways, I'm cutting Blastoise because its line still has Squirtle, while Snorlax is alone in this rankdown right now. Blastoise is one of the og starters, being the water type representative. I lowkey wish that it had gotten a second type considering Bulbasaur and Charmander both got one, but what can you do? Blastoise was lucky enough to get a mega evolution and gigantimax form. Blastoise is pretty well balanced stat-wise, with its defenses edging out everything else. When it mega evolves, four out of its six stats break 100, which is pretty impressive! My mind is struggling to come up with more things to say about Blastoise because I'm braindead from presentations today, but I will say Blastoise is great! It stands out to me even with the large amount of water type Pokemon in Kanto. Saving Snorlax
  9. lol I was literally about to save Mew and cut Moltres gimme a few more minutes and I'll figure out what I wanna do
  10. Toxapex Oh dang! Someone put Toxapex in an animation program! I need to investigate that eventually. Anyways, Toxapex isn't a major favorite of mine, but I'm certainly open to letting them become a favorite. They're the natural predator of Corsola, evolving from Mareanie at level 38. I just looked and apparently even Mareanie only appears in addition to Corsola, which I suppose makes sense. I wonder if they target Corsola like Zangoose and Seviper attack each other. Anyways, Toxapex has great defenses, but decent or below average other stats. Toxapex could make for a really good tank - it's got moves that increase its defense and poisoning moves so it could be pretty useful in battles, I think. Toxapex is based on the crown-of-thorns starfish, which targets the irl Corsola. Toxapex combines toxic and apex (as in apex predator), and its Japanese name, Dohidoide, combines dohidoi (very cruel) and hitode (sea star). Sorry to fans of Toxapex, but congrats to them for lasting this deep into the game. Saving
  11. Gengar Gengar is iconic. They are the original ghost type Pokemon. They are the final evolution of Gastly, evolving from Haunter when traded. The only negative thing I can really think of associated with Gengar is that awful girl in the Sinnoh games who trades you a Haunter holding an EVERSTONE. I hope we get revenge on her in the remakes Gengar is also lucky enough to have gotten both a mega evolution and a gigantimax form. Gengar has amazing special attack and speed. There's also a tidbit I remember where it's thought to be Clefable's shadow - or something to that effect, which is really cool! Another cool note is that Gengar is Ken Sugimori's (the original artist for the games) favorite Pokemon. Sorry Ken! Unfortunately, as iconic as Gengar is, it's up against other icons (plus Charmander, who I lowkey like more than Charizard, and Oddish, who I want to let Derek save if he wants) Saving Pikachu
  12. Sorry I've just never been fond of Grapploct. lol I don't get much say since I'm the one that threw them in the ring, but my vote would be to keep Braviary over Incineroar.
  13. Noms Kangaskhan Ditto Ludicolo Braviary Goodra Incineroar Kommo-o Grapploct
  14. I'm narrowing down my list right now - will probably post everything within the next 20-30 minutes.
