  1. Mike Chiesl

Survivor: Redemption Island Photos and Pictures | TV Guide

Mike Chiesl competed on the dreadful Survivor: Redemption Island season, where he eventually placed 6th, just narrowly being defeated in the final duel. He started out in a good position, with his tribe winning the first two immunity challenges. Things began to fall apart after his tribe threw a challenge to get rid of R*ssell H*antz (a choice that I won't argue with tbh), as the proceeded to lose 3 of the following 4 challenges following Russell's ouster. While on Redemption Island, he won a challenge that allowed him to decide whether to let him and fellow Redemption Island inhabitants Ralph and Matt spend time with their loved ones or allow all the remaining contestants a chance to spend time with their own loved ones. Mike ultimately gave it to the remaining contestants, which was nice, but probably the wrong move, as Rob wouldn't ever have let his zombies keep Mike if he had made it back into the game. Mike has been nominated a few times now, and I think it's time for us to cut down the Redemption Island contestants a bit more.

  2. Shamar Thomas

    Shamar - Survivor Cast Member

From what I hear, Shamar was one of the few fans who contributed anything to Survivor Caramoan. He ended up placing 17th after being medically evacuated due to an eye infection. He wasn't very popular on his tribe from the looks of it due to being combative and unproductive around camp. He ended up receiving votes at both tribal councils he attended before leaving the game. Ooh, apparently in addition to his eye infection, after being removed from the game, he had to receive surgery on his finger as well. Ouch! I don't have anything against Shamar, and might've even rooted for him if he's an entertaining as I think he may have been, but I feel less certain about cutting anyone else from the remaining candidates so out he goes.

  3. Daniel Lue

    Survivor: The Amazon - SurvivorGlobe

Daniel Lue was the 14th placer on Survivor: Amazon, where he was placed on the all male tribe of Tambaqui. He assumed that his tribe would dominate over the all female Jaburu tribe, but was quickly proven wrong when Daniel and Ryan Aiken screwed up on the balance beam portion of the challenge. Ultimately, Daniel managed to survive this vote, but this alongside his less than desirable performance at camp led Daniel to being voted out 3rd when the men lost again. An interesting fact about Daniel is that he spoke Mandarin with Matthew von Ertfelda, which is pretty neat! It's about time for Daniel to be cut from this game though so cya~

  5. 20. Nick Merico - I was interested to see how he'd fare when I first learned that he was returning. With the edit he received, he stood no chance though.

    19. Aliana Jester - #UnpopularOpinion time, but I actually kinda loved Aliana's performance. I came in thinking she was pure fodder, but I lowkey wanted her in the top 10. Maybe she'll come back eventually? I wouldn't mind.

    18. Louis Knight - Louis was definitely better before the live shows, but I still really liked him throughout the competition. Outside of CYFTLT, he was generally pretty decent

    17. Faith Becnel - If she'd been giving us performances like River all season, she may have fared better, but her vibrato was a bit much.

    16. Arthur Gunn - I wasn't nearly as crazy about Arthur as the judges or casuals were, but I didn't mind him generally. He's another one where the vibrato got to be too much for me at times. Otherwise, I like him, but his fanbase seems rather salty so not his fault, but that kinda knocks him a bit :P

    15. Sophia Wackerman/James - I wanted to love Sophia so much more than I did. She had a couple performances that made me start to take notice, but her tone is an acquired taste and the shortened format really hurt her imo.

    14. Cyniah Elise - I'm slightly bitter that she wasn't voted through, but her semifinal performance was just okay. I'd still advance her based on her previous auditions though. When Cyniah was good, she was GREAT lol.

    13. Francisco Martin - Francisco is adorable. Definitely one of my favorites this year. I have a feeling he might've been swallowed up had we not done the show at home though.

    12. Dillon James - Dillon was consistently one of the better performers, but I never was fully on board. I guess he's just not my cup of tea.

    11. DeWayne Crocker, Jr. - lmao I loved his grandma. Unfortunately I don't have many memories of him singing though.

    10. Kimmy Gabriela - I hope we see Kimmy come back. I agreed with some of the feedback she got about being unmemorable, but she was sooo good whenever she did sing.

    09. Franklin Boone - Franklin was someone I was just lukewarm about the entire time. He definitely has a voice, but I was never invested.

    08. Lauren Spencer-Smith - Ugh, I'm heated that Lauren didn't make it. She's someone who I'd definitely buy music from. Being a Canadian probably hurt her; hopefully any future Canadians fare better.

    07. Jonny West - I came for Margie, but I stayed when I realize that I really loved his voice beyond that. I kinda dug his lowkey personality too.

    06. Makayla Phillips - I knew it was a longshot, but I was hoping she'd slip into the final 7. :(

    05. Olivia Ximines - I had such high hopes for Olivia 💔 She would've benefitted so much from the stage.

    04. Grace Leer - If I remember correctly, several other American Juniors alumni have auditioned, but Grace is the only one to make the voting rounds. It's so funny to me how polarizing OTR was; I personally loved it. I would've loved to see more performances from Grace.

    03. Julia Gargano - Julia was very hit or miss for me. I hated Human and BATB, and loved NYSOM and her Adele cover. It made it kind of infuriating to watch since I knew I could love her, but she was just inconsistent. I'm still excited to see what she does in the future though.

    02. Samantha "Just Sam" Diaz - I'm so happy she won even if some of her song choices were questionable

    01. Jovin Webb - Jovin was probably my favorite after the auditions, but he never quite reached that level of greatness for me again. His tone is glorious though!

  6. Hunter Ellis

    survivor marquesas | Tumblr

I figure Hunter's an easy cut since I just eliminated his alliance mate, Patricia. Hunter was the original leader of his tribe in Survivor Marquesas, and he ended up being blindsided by Boston Rob and placed 14th. During his time on the show, Hunter seemed to feud with both Sean Rector and Sarah Jones, who both felt disrespected by Hunter. An interesting thing to note is that back in 2003, Hunter was named one of the 20 sexiest men on Cable Television. Sorry if Hunter has any fans out here, but he's an early boot from a season I'm not too familiar with.

  7. Patricia Jackson

Patricia Jackson | Survivor Wiki | Fandom

Patricia Jackson was the second person voted out of Survivor Marquesas. She allied with Hunter Ellis, which along with her weakness in challenges and bossiness around camp led to her elimination. She was the oldest female contestant that season, as well as the first contestant to come from South Carolina. The main problem I have with Patricia are the rumors of her giving Sean Rector a confederate flag.... which is kinda gross. This drops her from irrelevant fodder cut to a possibly problematic person cut. Hopefully she's grown as a person since then, but I can't allow her to make it any further in this rankdown, so bye~

Saving Melinda Hyder for being on the Casaya Tribe (even if she contributed nothing :P )

  8. Kelly Remington

    kelly remington | Tumblr

Poor girl. Kelly Remington made it to 12th place during Survivor Worlds Apart, but received little airtime from what I can remember. The moment above where Kelly sliced her head open is one of two things I remember from her time on the island. The other is Mike having to blatantly throw the challenge because Kelly sucks so much   Otherwise, I don't remember a single contribution Kelly gave to this season. She did force us to have to watch many more extra weeks of R*dney which is nagl, but whatever. I won't be too bitter. There might be other people who should go before Kelly, but she's one of the few people I remember enough to write about (I exhausted all of my energy looking for information on Gary lmao)

Saving Rebecca Borman because her name is Rebecca Borman

  9. Gary Stritesky

Survivor Rank: Everyone - Page 2 - City Of Angels

I feel somewhat bad for Gary. He was literally the only applicant to be accepted onto Survivor Fiji, and he left pretty early on due to having an allergic reaction to bug bites, resulting in him placing 16th. So, he was apparently known as Papa Smurf during his time on the island, which is pretty cool I guess lol. There's literally no information about this man wow. Umm, he was the oldest castaway during this season and the first person on Survivor to be from Minnesota. Oh, and he's one of six castaways to have never been to Tribal Council. So sad lol. There, I've hit 100 words. Maybe Gary could've made Fiji better had he not left, but he did so we can only dream lol. Congrats for making it this deep into the rankdown, I guess ^_^

  10. Drew Christy

    drew christy | Tumblr

Drew Christy is the 15th placer in Survivor San Juan del Sur, which was a season where the castaways competed alongside their loved ones. Drew entered the game with his brother, Alec. Due to the nature of the season, all the loved ones ended up on opposing tribes. Early on, Drew managed to bond with Jon Misch, but due to his arrogance and laziness around camp, annoyed the women. On day 9 of the game, Drew was selected to join Jaclyn to Exile Island, where Drew became paranoid about a women's alliance. The logical solution for Drew was to throw the next challenge in order to get one of them out of the game. Unfortunately for him, Kelley Wentworth got wind of his plan to blindside her and proceded to blindside him alongside the rest of the women plus Jeremy. Drew seems like he was a lulzy figure during his brief four episode stay, but I feel the least amount of attachment to him from the remaining choices so out he goes.

  11. Jimmy Johnson

When 'Survivor' Returns For Season 34, It Could Switch Things Up ...

Jimmy Johnson placed 18th on Survivor Nicaragua. He's a retired NFL coach, and I'm pretty sure everyone knew that he had the fame/fortune already, so that combined with him being well past his prime made him an easy early target. He seemed to mesh well with his team at least, because he was the leader of the Espada tribe until he was voted out. It looks like it was primarily Marty who wanted to be rid of Jimmy, and sure enough, after losing their second immunity challenge, the "Older" tribe unanimously voted Jimmy out of the game. A bit of trivia states that Jimmy was originally going to be on Survivor Gabon, but failed the medical test and was replaced with Bob Crowley, the eventual winner. I had mixed feelings about that lmao. Maybe Susie could've won if Jimmy played that season? Oh well, Jimmy seemed like a nice guy on the island, but out he goes!
