Yeah, the spoiler said that she stopped her song twice (which happened), and then completely restarted both times (which did not happen). Then they followed it up with Brooke's YMLM as a comparison video.

Andrew and I were making it a competition to see whose post would get more confused reacts.

And of course she's a major IDF / public vote favorite here.   But I am kinda here for the mess she's serving, even though she's outlasting and will outlast them.

Honestly, I think her song choice on Sunday probably alienated some of her voters. She's been doing rock songs all season and then suddenly did a Mariah Carey ballad.

This happens every season, and yet every season I have to remind people that ABC (and thus American Idol) has a massive tie-in in the summer with CMAFest. As long as that transpires, this show will continue to skew towards that demographic. Seeing as how it’s been beneficial for them, I don’t think they care.
