I don't really mind them having a save. While yeah that person is probably going home the next week they still are getting another week on the show so if the judges save a favorite of mine I'll take it. And if they don't then I'll probably complain about it.

Here's my best guess? 1. Triston - Everyone wants and thinks he's going to win even the contestants so I think he's the safest. 2. Will - White Male Country singers are generally always safe especially when you are the last one. 3. Abi- The top 2 I'm the most confident in and I guess I'll put Abi here for now but she's going to need to consistently perform well or she will be past up. 4. KB - She's got one of the most likable personality's from any contestant that has been on the show. If she can pick the right song choices and not stumble anymore she could make the finale. 5. Jack - If the girls stumble he's probably the next in line to replace them because America likes basic white guys. 6. Emmy - Another incredibly likable contestant who's probably got a lot of people back home rooting for her and voting for her. I was expecting a massive growth arc from her which hasn't really happened yet though. So she's probably not going to be everyone's cup of a tea. 7. Mia - She's the lone true female country singer left. She's been more consistent then all the other girls so far. She doesn't seem to have as big of a fan base as the other girls do so she's going to have to rely on the casual voters I think. 8. McKenna - She's definitely a production favorite and she has the highest highs of anyone on the show. Unfortunately she was sick last week and didn't have the best performances but she's also at risk because of how stunning she looks and Lionel keeps bringing it up so that's not helping her case with team minivan. 9. Kayko - He's reddit's boy so that probably counts for something lol. Definitely one of the weaker singers left in competition but minivan might keep him in longer for his looks. 10. Julia - All the other powerhouses have been voted off instantly so I'm not sure that America likes any of them. Maybe being the last powerhouse will help Julia but I'm thinking she's probably the one in trouble the most.

All Stars 4 keeps delivering. What a fun episode that was from start to finish. It culminating in a Rachel vs Cara Maria showdown was bound to be epic. Unfortunately the challenge was something they were both terrible at so that took some of the fun out of it but I'm glad that Cara won. I saw her in later unseen clips so I was pretty sure she was going to win because of that so when she won it wasn't too shocking. The only thing shocking was just how bad Rachel was at it but I guess that's not something you really practice much.

Yeah at the end of the day it's just a show and a show that I ultimately don't even care who wins since it doesn't even matter. It's not like the winner gets a million dollars like they do on Survivor. So a guy or a girl winner is largely irrelevant. What's also largely irrelevant is who other people like. Like a lot of people I will throw the occasional shady comment about someone or the occasional confused face for the lolz but it isn't that deep and not at all serious. But IDF is almost always going to support a woman the most and their least favorite is probably going to be a guy. If that's not your scene then that's totally fine you are certainly entitled to your opinion. But there are also plenty of places that have opposite opinions of IDF and if that will improve your enjoyment of the show then you can always just go post over there instead.

As someone someone who grew up on rock music and almost exclusively listened to guys it is funny how my musical tastes have shifted over the years. While I still listen to a lot of 90s & 2000s rock my preferred genre these days is country. A genre that isn't exactly well liked here either. When I got into country I tried to give everybody a shot but almost everyone that I liked the most was a female. It was during the bro country era where the guys were just making bad music and if you wanted to listen to an actual good song you had to turn a female on. When you combined that with the fact that how horribly women are treated in the country music industry compared to their male counterparts it just became super easy to support them over the guys. Now how does that translate to the singing shows? It's a pretty similar trend the audience generally speaking treats the men better than the women which is unfortunate. You have to either be exceptionally talented or the right type of person to get same the level of respect as man does. Where as if you are a guy it's a lot easier to coast on these shows. I have voted for a few guys on The Voice and American Idol before but the type of guys they cast on here aren't generally the type of guys that I would listen to off the show. If the shows had more good rockers that would be cool and I might be willing to vote for more guys but usually the male pool is filled with mid pop or country males and while I do like a few male country singers now the ones l listen to on Spotify were ever on singing shows. So in conclusion while I would never support some one just because of their gender because that would be silly as there are a lot of females that don't interest me and there are a couple of guys that do the ratio is probably always going to dramatically shift in favor of the women over the men for me.

At least on The Voice they gave you 100K for winning as well. So at least they had some incentive for winning. But all the top 10 have gotten pretty good exposure at this point so it doesn't really matter how it plays out from here on out.

Mia was live and also said that she wanted Triston to win. Someone also asked if they got anything for winning and she said she didn't know. I guess it's easy to not care about winning if they don't actually give you anything for winning.

This season sucks. These people are awful.

Her personality doesn't stand out as much as KB or Emmy or some of these other people. If Abi is going to win it's going to have to be because she gave far and away the best performances every week.

Yeah I figured more people read it than 100 but then comes the tricky part of how many of those people actually vote. That's obviously impossible to tell of course but its probably not a high percentage.
