I actually assumed Bailey, Tate (who danced with Kathryn ) and Benjamin would be easy saves. :haha:

I don't like Bailey or Benjamin and well Tate is a kid so. :dead:

I mean, Kida is a legitimate good, well-respected dancer that deserved his win but go off :*

then you should have saved him? :)

Why was I shook Elliott nominated them? usually he loves that type of contestant.:dead:
Nico was eliminated over Tucker, Teddy was eliminated over Casey and Edson was eliminated over Derek. WHY WOULD I LIKE THEM. :dead:

I thought the Kathryn connection would make Tate an easy save for y'all. :dead:

I didn’t really expect to be cutting Benjamin but that just happens to be the case with the remaining noms. Benjamin is a Contemporary dancer from Season 16 of SYTYCD. He seemed like someone that started off a bit promising. I believe he danced his Showcase routine with Lindsay - I’m thinking a Cha-Cha with Lindsay? *researches* Oh wait no, he did a Salsa with Koine. I’m way off. :dead: I did like that routine and thought he did rather well with that Salsa. Then he was partnered with Anna Linstruth, where I was pretty meh about that partnership. They danced a Cha-Cha to “We Run the Night” (a song I love) and a Hip-Hop to “Lottery.” Both of these dances were alright/fine enough but nothing outstanding or really stood out to me. Therefore I was losing interest in Benjamin. He was a fine dancer but he was just there. He left at the Final 8 which I thought was completely fair as Bailey, Gino and Ezra were better contestants. But now he goes from this rankdown.

I would still say my favorite dance is his Salsa with Koine, so I will link that.

CASEY ASKEW

Casey was a contestant who made Top 6 of Season 11. Casey was originally paired with Brooklyn and I thought they made sense on paper as a partnership but had no good routines. They were in the bottom 3 couples the first week, and for whatever reason the judges really [pretended] to like their Argentine Tango and kept them over Nick and Malene. I was very surprised to see Nick leave over Casey. But later Casey had some good routines that I like to re-watch. His first week partnered with Jessica was a nice moment in a Travis Wall piece, and Christina Applegate gave them high praise saying they each could win the show. He was the only one to be able to survive dancing with Jessica haha all her other partners went home quickly. He also did a Liff broadway piece with Kathryn that I really liked and then did a hip-hop with Comfort during the weird Michael Jackson week. I didn't hate him as a contestant but I was continually surprised to see him outlast the likes of Nick, Serge, Emilio, and Rudy. Generally he did well and didn't have any super cringe moments or mistakes.

Just let it be noted that I didn't nominate Karen Hauer the first chance I got. :*

I thought Diana was going to save Tate. :shiver:

Oooh thank you for that! I appreciate it.
