Good contestants for the 1st blind audition show!

The jury is fun, with Garou trying to seduce every contestants he wants and ready to buzz almost every time, Jenifer ferociously fighting to get the best voices in her team (she threw a shoe at Garou's head when he was choosen by someone she wanted - jokingly of course, the shoe landed in Garou's hands). Florent is more sympathetic than I expected. Louis is quieter so far but very cordial.

Garou has already 5 talents in his team. I like Blandine (a real powerhouse), Louis, Flo & Ludivine. Damien is a great drummer but his voice is less dazzling (lots of energy though).

Jenifer has already 3 good talents with special voices. Al-Hy is incredible (only 18!) and even if the song was not the best possible choice I like Thomas' voice. Lina is powerfull.

Louis was choosen by Philippe, one of the most intriguing voice of the show. Can't wait to hear him more. Patrice is OK, the brother/sister duet is sweet but I would'nt have picked them.

Florent is scaring people's out I think grin.gif He only has 2 talents so far but one of the biggest star of the night, Dominique Magloire choose him (I saw her in Cléopâtre musical and she was incredible). Greg was good too.

More sob stories than on RTBF but so far Nikos is quieter than on StarAc and makes a classy host.

They also broadcast and after-show, not sure if it's necessary... But well.

Don't know how long TF1 will leave it, but some videos of blind auditions are there for now
http://www.youtube.com/user/FanTheVoice

Tomorrow night is the last blind auditions episode.
So far lots of professional contestants and lots of power vocalists (like if a voice could'nt be something else than a pair of lungs) but many great voices anyway.

Teams: http://www.tf1.fr/the-voice/coachs-talents/

Team Jenifer:

Sonia Lacen:
Blogs & press are all about her IMO she missed her audition because of nerves & emotion. She was part of "Ali baba" musical and the movie "Alive" - soundtrack of that movie was signed Maxim Nucci, aka Jenifer's ex loved one. I know she can do better than on teh audition. But without knowwing who she was I was not buzzing. Question: did the judges know?

Florian Veneziano:
Forgetable IMO.

Amalya:
Looks like Nana Mouskouri & sings like Adele. Curious to hear more.

Maureen Angot:
She was a contestant on Star Academy 7 and abandonned after 2 months. She says she is in a different stats of mind know. Her jazzy style will not appeal to everyone but she has a great intelligence of music. After being chossen, Jen turnes back to the public :"her face reminds me of something?" The public screams "StarAc 7!" and she answers "Yeah!! the one who buzzed off!"

Team Louis B

Vigon:
The oldest contestant so far. he had a career in the 60s. He sings for his daughter singer Sofia Gon's, who died from a heart attack at 45.

Cécile Citadelle:
Shy girl, nice voice. she picked the right coach for herself.

Pia salvia:
Strange version of "Toxic" with.. her harp. Florent told Louis: "you'll have fun, she is as crazy as you are!" Intersting voice, need to be directed.

Rubby:
Nice but not dazzling.

Christophe Berthier:
Don't know if the song was his own choice (looks like the prod "heavily suggests" songs to the contestants...). Good voice, he wanted to work with louis and Louis was the only one to turn around.

Team Florent Pagny

Veronick Sévère:
Powerhouse. She was part of musicals to. If she sings averything that way I'll get tired quickly.

Jua Amir:
Vocal coach on current Pascal obispo musical "Adam & Eve"... Obispo being a good friend of Pagny. But I love the voice and the vibe (very cool peace & love type of guy)

Stephan Rizon:
LOVE that voice

Dalila:
Work as a back vocalist. She was not great on her auditions, Florent said he heard she could sings something else. Once again wonder if the song choice was hers.

Lise Darby:
Pretty girl & good singer. I liked her.

Valérie Delgado:
Was once signed, but her album was never released. They needed some soul & r'n'b in there.

Estelle:
The Lyric singer of the competition. Was part of "Mozart L'Opera Rock" musical. Logical choice to go with Florent.

Stephanie:
Singing a song by one of the coaches does not mean the coach will turn around... Proof here as Jen was not interested.

Team Garou:

Stephanie Bédard:
Took part in Star academie in Quebec and already lives from music. Why did she choose a coach she could have work with at home after crossing the ocean? well. Fresh and energetic.

Emma Durand:
One of the few "soft voices in Garou's team.

Atef:
The man is 40 and has a pure 6 years old boy voice... Wow.

Johny Malouf:
the guy is a researcher at CNRS... LOVE his voice and it's going to be great to see him grow.

Jessica Plesel:
She has been a backing vocalist for Johnny Haliday. Did not like her.

Sofia Mountassir:
She reminds me of Sofia Essaidi. (StarAc3)... She won a talent show in Marocco called Studio 2M.

1st battle episode was rather good. Some emotionnal duets & explosive fights.

Most of my favourites won their battle. original.gif

Team Jenifer:

Al-Hy vs Julia Cinna "J'ai vu" (Niagara)
They were both rather good and it's sad for Julia she was against one of the big favourites of the show. She battled with energy but Al-Hy's voice is so special the results was written.
Winner: Al-Hy
Jenifer: "She reminds me of Janis Joplin. And she's 18. Do you remember me at 18, Nikos?"

Amalya vs Ange Fandoh "Survivor" (Destiny's Child)
So stupid from Jen to put those two against each other, they both deserved to go on. I understand Jen wanted to make them sing together, not only the voices were perfect together but they got along well. Sad to see one of the 2 leave so soon. It was moving to see Amalya's tears after a victory that she could not enjoy.
Winner: Amalya
Jenifer: "Amalya, you're a sunshine, you do good to people."

Florian vs Sacha "Machistador" (M)
I was not expecting much from either of them as IMO they are both weak links. Good song choice created a nice surprise. Florian seemed a little infatuated so in the end I might be glad Jen went for the youngest contestant (even if I don't consider him as an asset for her team)
Winner: Sacha

Team Garou:

Blandine vs Ludivine "Fireworks" (Katy Perry)
None lost but none really won this one IMO. I think it could be interesting to sign them as a duet, their voices sound good together and the blond with the brunette always works. Maybe Blandine's tone is warmer.
Winner: Blandine
Garou: "I want to create weaknesses in you, that's why i want to keep on working with you."

Atef vs Sofia "Lettre à France" (M Polnareff)
Atef was one of my faves from the auditions and he did not disappoint. Sofia is a beautiful singer but between a beautiful voice and an out of ordinary voice, choice is easy. She did not really stand a chance.
Winner: Atef

Jessica vs Bruce vs Stéphanie "Crazy" (Gnarlz Barclay)
I did not like Jessica on auditions and she did not convince me more here. Bruce seemed to have forgotten some words (there was a clear blank in the performance) but when he was in I liked him. Stéphanie was really in control all the way through.
Regret for Bruce who could have been a nice candidate but Stéphanie deserved her victory.
Winner: Stéphanie

Team Louis Bertignac:

Philippe vs Brenda "L'hymne à l'amour"
Philippe was also one of my faves from the auditions. I liked Brenda but once again, Philippe's voice is different.
Winner: Philippe

Vigon vs Christophe "Respect"
Vigon was in his own shoes in the style, Christophe surprised me in a good way. It was a real battle, each man really fighting for his spot. Because he was the most surprising I would have kept Christophe (Pagny would have kept him too).
Winner: Vigon

Aude vs Mister John Lewis "Purple Rain" (Prince)
I like Aude's deep voice but I also liked Mister John. As Pagny said (second time I agree with his opinion), John had more range and I would have kept him for that. Who knows, Aude might surprise me. It was cool to see they appreciated each other and fought in a real fair-play mode.
Winner: Aude

Team Florent Pagny:

Greg vs Alban "L'envie d'aimer"
On the auditions I liked Greg's swing in Sinclair's cover. Alban left me indifferent. IMO another 50/50 battle. I understand the comments that say Alban was more in the song.
Winner: Alban

Lise vs Dalila "Total eclipse of the heart" (Bonnie Tyler)
On the auditions I liked Lise while I did not think much of Dalila. Here I felt Dalila was technically more fragile but more into interpretation and exchange. Lise felt cold and really in combat mode. I did not like the emptiness of her eyes, she felt like a robot to me. Jen & Louis felt the same. I hope Lise will show more humanity in next round.
Winner: Lise

Dominique vs Veronick "The best" (Tina Turner)
The show began with this battle, and it was an epic start... That was a real fight and none of the girls wanted to leave one inch of ground to the other. Veronick has a real astonishing power (Dominique said "it's the 1st time I'm singing next to someone and actually feel her voice inside my own chest - I overcame a mountain there!". Dominique is more subtle and I think has a greater range.
Winner: Dominique.
Pagny: "During the rehearsals Veronick was eating her, but as a pro she reserved for the big night and gave it all"

Last battles next week including a trio for team Pagny.

First live show, no big surprises, all those I supposed would be out have been eliminated.
TF1 decided to have 3 contestants from each team to perform, the other 3 next week. One contestant saved by public vote, the 2d by the coach, 3d eliminated.
I find it a little unfair but I must say, the show flew by.
As always on TF1 it seems that song choice is imposed (officially by the coach; I guess the coaches were given a list for each talent). I think they should give the singers more freedom to sing what they want on live episodes. Anyway...

Team Garou: Stéphanie Bédard ("C'est comme ça" - Rita Mitsouko) / Jhonny Malouf ("Memory") / Louis Delort ("Trouble" - Coldplay)

The boys already had they fans from the auditions, Stéphanie was liked but seemed to have less followers. Results: she's out.
3 good performances. I actually liked the 3 of them. Stéphanie has charisma, nice voice and energy. I hope her journey will open some doors for her. Jhonny is endearing. He is one of teh few real amateurs on the competition, he's got a great voice and is so humble... Louis is also someone I like even if I hope to see him with more energy in the next performances.
Jhonny was saved by the public (to his big surprise) and Garou choose Louis.

Team Pagny: Lise Darly ("No Stress" - Laurent Wolf) / Dominique Magloire ("Immortelle" -Lara Fabian) / Alban Bartoli ("Love Supreme" - Robbie Williams)

I like Dominique and I'm glad she's been saved by the public. I don't know if she'll be able to surprise enough to go to the finale, but she's great. Pagny saved Lise. She's a good singer but lacks of the little something so far. Alban sounds better in French, he should have sing the entire song in French as Robbie did record it that way. he was OK but the girls were an evident choice.

Team Bertignac: Philippe Tailleferd ("Staying alive") / Rubby ("Soul man" - Ben l'Oncle Soul) / Louise ("la vie en rose")

At the end of the performances I knew Rubby would be saved by the public. Her performance was far from perfect but she was so cute, young and fresh that i knew people would go for her. Bertignac saved the beaufiful Louise... Ok I must admit she made a nice version of a classic, always a difficult task. But I so sad for Philippe, he had a great voice and could have sing so many things...

Team Jenifer: Sonia Lacen ("Beautiful" Cristina Aguilera) / Amalya ("I just can't stop loving you" M Jackson) / Sasha Tran ("Divinidylle" - Vanessa Paradis)

After reading the comments on previous episodes, it was evident that the girls would go through.
I LOVE Amalya. She has everything, the voice, humility, humanity. She had a sore throat, i swear i did not hear it! I was so happy the public voted for her.
Sonia is hyped a lot in the press and on the net, but she has haters. I must say, I don't understand why so many people find her amazing, she's pitchy and all over the place. I jumped in my chair when she dared to say thet "her mission on the battles was to top her auditions". Does she know she actually failed the audition???
I knew though that Jen would keep her over Sasha. the boy is cute and has charisma but he's too young to really go far in this competition. If he does it again 5 years from now he might be interesting.

The 4 coaches performed with their 3 "talents". Pagny promoted his just released new album (surprise), Jen did a good rocking version of "Are you gonna go my way". Garou and his talents were great even if the song they choose was soso (a mix between "I was made for loving you" and the French adaptation made 2 years ago for charity Les Restos du Coeur). Bertignac really rocked the place with "I love rock'n'roll".

Hi SlenderFrame bye1.gif

If I'm being honest I haven't followed this show very closely. I watched the first two audition shows and then kinda stop since I found it a bit boring, but I liked it enough to keep an eye on it so I just checked some of the performances on the internet. I haven't really watched last saturday's show but Im gonna watch the next one because Maureen and Ah.ly (my 2 favourites) will be on it.

I completely agree with you about Sonia. I don't get the hype either wacko.gif . To me she's more yelling than singing. Did she really say she wanted to top her audition in the battles ? haha.gif Her audition was a fail and I didn't get why the judges were so crazy about her and why Jenifer was basically crying wacko.gif She was screaming, she was out of tune if I remember well, and the emotion was fake and exagerated in my opinion. On the live show all I remember about her "beautiful" performance is that I didn't like it. It's only justice that the public put Amalya through over her. I've seen Amalya's performance and I thought it was really nice, her voice is really good and she seems like a genuinely nice person.

Ah.ly and Maureen are my two favourites. I've liked Maureen since Star Ac 7 so Im glad she's back in a new show. I liked her audition with Maniac. I couldnt believe the judges took so long to choose her wacko.gif That's the thing that bothers me a bit on this show, I feel that sometimes the judges tend to get excited about the wrong contestants haha.gif At first I didn't know what to think about Ah.ly's audition: on the one hand I really liked her voice and she was the only one I actually remembered from the first audition show and on the other hand I found that she used her voice in a not very natural way, it seemed a bit forced at times and it was a bit bothering. But finally it grew on me. I found videos of her doing covers on youtube and that's when I ended up really liking her a lot. Her battle was good too. She has lots of potential.

It's too bad Maureen and Ah.ly are in the same team. I will be really surprised if Ah.ly is eliminated on saturday, I think she'll be saved by the public or by Jenifer if the public don't vote for her, so Im not worried about her. I feel more concerned about Maureen, even if she was on SA7 a few years ago and that she seemed like a favourite, I dont really know if people like her that much on the voice or if people remember her. Hopefully both will get through to the next round.

Hi CoolCat. bye1.gif

My view on 2d live show:

Team Jen
Alhy ("Feeling Good" Nina Simone) - Thomas Mignot ("Without You" Usher & David Guetta) - Maureen Angot ("Né quelque part" Maxime le Forestier)

What I was expecting happened. I was 99% sure Alhy would be the public choice and I feared Jen would not save Maureen. Jen had 2 out of the ordinary voice with technical flaws and one with a much better controlled technique, she kept the 1st 2.
Maureen was also my fave on SA7 but she would never have won. If she hadn't left the public would have voted her out at the 1st occasion, because after Nolwenn no other teacher's fave girl won.
I hope than being on TV again will help her in her career... I'd love her to record something.
Alhy was just like on her audition: some brilliance, a wowing voice, but many pitchy notes. If she works on her technique she will become incredible. Thomas should relax his voice, but I liked what he did with that Usher song (not easy to sing).

Team Garou
Atef ("Comme Toi" JJ Goldman) - Blandine Agery ("The winner takes it all" Abba) - Flo Malley ("Price Tag" Jessie J)

Glad Atef was saved by the public, he remains one of those I really liked during the auditions. Blandine is a good singer but Stéphanie eliminated last week would IMO been a better contestant on the long run. I liked Flo, so it's a little sad he's out (even if in the batle I would have kept Kristel Adams over him) but I like Blandine too...

Team Bertignac
Aude Henneville ("Toi & moi" Guillaume Grand) - Vigon ("Unchain my heart") - Pia Salvia ("I don't know" Noa)

Aude was a pleasant surprise. I like her voice but she did not impress me that much so far. I really liked her version of that song (and discover she plays guitar). Vigon is a little bit turning in circle... Honnestly I was a little bit desappointed he was the public vote. While singing with Louis and the 2 others, he did not hold his microphoen properly and we lost some paerts of his performance. I don't think he is listening much to Louis' opinion. Pia was pitchy but she was original, I think she would have been more interesting. Maybe we passed on a french-speaking Björk.

Team Pagny

Stephan Rizon ("Over the rainbow") - Stephanie ("I'm so excited") - Valérie Delgado ("Only Girl in the world/We found love" Rihanna)

Ok, I just love Stephan, his voice & his cool attitude. So glad he was the public choice. I understood Pagny's decision to keep Stéphanie who wa sflawless in a perfect song for her. Valérie was good but what happened with the backing singers voice... There was a piercing high pitched voice on the chorus that sounded rather unbearable.... Shame on the technician.

My thoughts about the last two shows:

-I absolutely love Ah.ly heart.gif She's incredible, especially for an 18 years old girl. She's one of the best Ive seen in a french singing contest. Her "Feeling good" and "la foule" performances was great. I must admit that when I found out she was going to sing La foule, I was not sure about how she going to do, I was a bit disapointed with the song choice, I thought she would do ok but that the song would not fit her enough to do something really good. I was wrong, she did an amazing job with it, I think she is the kind of singer that can sing nearly anything and make it her own. I discovered that studio versions of the performances are available on the french itunes, its a really good thing, Ive always wanted to have studio versions in the french singing contests, so im finally glad it happened. Ahly's recording are selling very well, shes the best selling contestant. I think its a really good think that shes popular not only with the medias, but also with the public (she was saved both times) and with the sales, it shows that people are really interested in her.

-I expected Maureen's elimination thumbdown.gif I must say that Thomas was good, and I think that the three contestants in Jenifer's teem deserved to all go through to the next round. But still I really liked Maureen's performance even though I think she could have been given a song that fits her more.

-Im glad Sonia was eliminated, she was the only one I didnt like in Jenifer's team. The funny thing is that I think her performance was better than usual haha.gif I wouldnt say that I liked it, but it was not as annoying as usual. But still, goodbye Sonia bye1.gif

-I like Atef from Garou's team, he has a really good voice, I loved his "comme toi" performance ( im a bit biased because I adore this song haha.gif ) His second one was good too.

-I heard Aude for the first time during the live show, and shes one of my favourite right now. Im glad Louis Bertignac saved her both times. I think Ruby is overrated ermm.gif I mean yeah ok shes young, but Ive seen many 16 years old contestant on American Idol or on the X Factor uk who were much better than her like Lauren Alaina, Allison Iraheta, Amelia Lily etc. I mean they say shes a little Beyonce, well I think that Jessica Sanchez from this year's American Idol is more likely to be a little Beyonce than Ruby.

-I think my favourite team is Jenifer's and IMO the weakest is Florent Pagny's.

OK so we are already in the last stages of the show. I must say it is frustrating because the contestants don't sing as much as in other formats and so some are eliminated so quickly...

Results & impression on April 28 show:

Team Pagny:

No surprise Stephan & Dominique are the semi-finalists, Stephanie is a good singer but many others in France sounds the same. I like Dominique that I saw in "Cléopâtre" but I sncerelly prefer Stephan's voice and I hope he'll release an album... So I was a little disappointed she was saved by the public over Stephan this time (even if I was kind of happy to see how touched and emotionnal she was). Wonder which one the public will keep for the finale...

Team Bertignac:
Once again the public saved Ruby, she does teh job and the show, I guess most of voters are rooting for that. If i had the power Aude & Louise would have been saved and she'd be gone because I foud them more interesting (even if they might both be pitchy at times). Glad Aude is going through but she'll probably be eliminated next week.

Team Jen:
Al-Hy is probably the winner of the show. I like her, and I liked what she did with the Kate Bush song (good choice) but I would really be into her if she could sing less pitchy. Glad Amalia went through, I still love her. Thomas is interesting but he overdid that Brel song (youth sentimentality).

Team Garou:
Louis made his best performance since the auditions with "Creep" so he deserved the public support. Sad for Jhonny, I liked the fact he sang "Diego" without copying either Berger or Halliday, and he did not fel into the "Roberto Alagna" style. But I guess Atef was more surprising (I did not expect to hear him on AC/DC) and it all came down to song choice. Based on the night performances I understand the decision, and I liked the 3 of them anyway.

For those interested, the albums of the live shows are available on CD now!

And the finalists are...

For Team Jen no surprise: Al-Hy has been the public choice from the 1st live show in her team, it would have been surprising to see Amalya change the situation on saturday (70.2% of public votes and Jen decided to give her 30 points against 20 to Amalya). Al-Hy is the favourite to victory, let's see if the final decision surprises. I hope we'll see more of Amalya in the future. With the right songs she might be French Adèle...

For Team Pagny: There was a little suspense in this team. Stephan Rizon had the public vote twice but on live show 4 Dominique Magloire made the cut, Stephan was saved by Pagny. In the end, Stephan won with a large majority of the public vote (70.5%). I love his voice and attitude and hope he'll release something, even if I don't see him win this. I personnaly appreciated Pagny's decision to let the public decide (he gave 26 points to Stephan & 24 to Dominique, telling them with a smile: "I could not give 25/25, but I won't be the one making the difference tonight").

For Team Garou: when Garou eliminated Jhonny Malouf last week I knew Louis Delort would be his finalist; I like Atef's voice but many don't. Louis did another good performance and won with a large majority (70.5% of public votes + 35 points by Garou).

Team Bertignac: We knew from the start that team would create the surprises. I was expecting Rubby to win easily as she got the public vote since the 1st live show. But it seems Aude Henneville grew on many people, not just me. Rubby won the public vote with 50,1% only. Bertignac thinking she would have a confortable advance decided to clearly weight for Aude giving her 30 points and he gave her the finale.

I enjoyed the finale on saturday. It ended up with a nice surprise...

Aude Henneville gathered 14% of the votes ending up 4th as everyone expected. I liked her versions of Cabrel and Keane songs. She had to duet with French star Véronique Sanson (who's known for having drinking problems) and things went quite OK.

Big surprise was Al-Hy ending up at 3d place with 24,1%... And it was not other as Louis Delors, the other favourite, ended up 2d. The votes were close betwen him & Stephan Rizon, who was declared winner after his performance of "Caruso"...

I was very happy to see him win as Universal already proposed a contract to Al-Hy & Louis who should release an album too. Aude is taking a rest but said The Voice experience conforted her in her desire to make music.

Awful outcome, I was fully expecting Al Hy to win, she has been the best from day 1. Louis would have been ok but Stephan is unnaceptable. Of course, a woman can ever win a singing competition, ugh.

Either way, good to hear Universal offered deals to Al Hy and Louis, do you have a link to that announcement?

Let me disagree with you. original.gif

The 4 finalists earned their spot for being some of the most distinctive, recognizable tones of the competition. And the 4 of them have personnality.

It's the story of the hare and the tortoise: Al-Hy was pimped from her audition, while Stephan had a quiet but steady journey, growing up on each live. The fact is everyone had predicted Al'Hy would win, or Louis would double her on the finish line. Stephan recognizes he was surprised to be declared winner.

Florent has been the most clever coach of the 4. Stephan was supposed to sing another song (something by Nougaro I think) but Florent told him it was not strong enough for a finale. He suggested "Caruso" telling Stephan that song was a lucky charm (it started Pagny's career). He discovered Stephan's rendition on the final night as the public as they did not have the time to rehearse it together... And if you listen to the crowd reaction on the chorus, and look at Pagny's smile at that moment, you feel it was a decisive moment in the evening... Actually it has been revealed that Louis was leading the votes until Stephan sang "Caruso".

I think Pagny did a good job managing his talents, being an excellent strategist and it paid of. Jen was more in fan mode with her talents especially Al-Hy. The only downside is that Stephan is now considered as a crooner, when the songs he is writing are not really going in that direction: reason why he might surprise with his album.

I've read several comments about the fact Al-Hy actually missing her finale performances while Stephan was impeccable. To be honest, I think she is talented and I will check on her album but when she sings live she does not control her voice. Her best performance remains "Wuthering Heights" (and "Quand je serai KO" in the finale), in the others there were always little flaws here and there... Garou was the only one to dare to tell her (very gently) that she should listen to her coach advices regarding control...
Comparing the performances of the finalists with the guests artists is revealing. Al-Hy did not seem to know what to do with her own body standing next to Lenny Kravitz (curious isn't it she was the one who could sing with the only international guest of the night? wink.gif ) Stephan looked totally at ease in front of Johnny Halliday, someone who made strong vocalists as Pagny or Fabian feel small.

Louis is also a great vocalist but others, in the same musical family like Pierrick Liliu for ex, did not succeeed in capitalizing a show to launch a longlasting career... Time will tell.
According to Nikos Aliagas latest interviews, he was considered as teh favourite by the production (THEY knew the real number of votes each contestants received by the public on each live shows...)

BTW, Al-Hy looked relieved when she was called at 3d place and she confirmed in the press and on twitter she was happy for Stephan, saying he did not expect it but already has half of his album ready (he's a singer songwriter and confirmed he was hoping to release as quickly as possible), while she could not imagine recording her album in 2 months "I need to think it over and go back to writting new songs, I've learned so much". Louis seems to be in the same disposition.

Regarding your question, the situation is that Universal will sign the winner Stephan and has 3 months to sign other talents or release them from their The Voice contract. Before the finale it was already known that Universal had anyway interests in Al-Hy & Louis. In every show (Nouvelle star or starAc) the record company always signed more than the winner and Al-Hy & Louis have enough supporters to be considered as "bankable".
There are rumours regarding other talents projects too.

I realized I forgot to comment on that thread.

Al.Hy was my favourite but it was pretty obvious she wasnt going to win. But as SlenderFrame said Al.Hy seems pretty happy with her 3rd place so she can take more time with her record, so it's all good for her. Honestly I wish she would have placed 2nd instead of Louis. But it doesnt matter considering that regardless of what happened during the final shes going to do an album happy.gif I've listened to all her studio recordings lately and I really love them, my favourites being "Wuthering Heights" and "Gottingen".

I didnt expect Stephan to win but even though Im not a fan of him Im glad he won instead of Louis. I have nothing against Louis, I actually kinda like him and I'd like to see what he's gonna do after the show, but it's just that in my opinion he didnt deserve to be the winner of the voice. Stephan may not necessarily be my fave contestant but I think he deserved his win not only because of his performance of Caruso but also because objectively speaking he has a great voice. Louis is not a bad singer, its just that in my opinion his voice is not great or special enough to win a contest that is supposed to be based mostly on the voice. Al. Hy may not have a perfect control of her voice, but she definitely has a unique and recognizable tone, that's why she also deserved to win.

I was glad Aude made it to the final even though she had no chance to win. Hopefully shell get to release something yes.gif

Louis Delort will be part of the cast of "1789", the new musical produced by Dove Attia.
Funny enough the winner of X Factor 1 is also prt of the cast.
Louis will work on his album at the same time. According to TF1 the album is foreseen for spring 2013
