No, nothing specific. I don't think he is at liberty to say anything.....yet.

I keep hoping this will happen. I wouldn't want to see a full tour...Adam's focus has to be Trespassing and building his cred as a solo artist. BUT, Queen is iconic...and what a trip to have Adam work with them. So a few "special" guest appearances would be wonderful. I can envision a tribute show to Freddie, the Olympics, perhaps a global televised for charity concert.

For it to be special, it has to be a special event....too much "with Queen" will just encourage the "new frontman" rumors....and I think that detracts from Adam as a super star in the making.

Based on Adam's recent comments, I would wager that he is going to have a mini-tour with Queen. Certainly sounds like more than just one event!

A July tour could include Sonisphere UK (6-8 July), Verona Arena (23 July), and the Olympics (28 July).

Kim Groomes says "I'm pretty excited about that queen show he's been talking about". But Adam, himself, just says "I'm going to be PERFORMING with Queen but I'm not going to be joining the band permanently or anything".

He also indicates he will be doing lots and lots of their songs. We, at least, can infer that he is not going to just be performing at the Olympics.

At the bare minimum, he might be doing the three day Sonisphere UK. I'm still betting it's more than that.

No reason a "mini-tour" could not be "Queen with Adam Lambert".

It doesn't have to be an official tour. It could just be a bunch of big gigs over the summer. Adam could even have his Trespassing tour over the same months as the Queen "tour".

I'm glad that Adam says Trespassing is his first priority. While it might be an honor for him to sing with Queen, I don't think I'd ever go to a Queen concert, even if Adam was fronting the band. I like Adam singing his OWN stuff more.

But first and foremost I want to hear Adam singing "Trespassing", "Cuckoo", "Broken English" and BTIKM live. And I am crossing fingers for him to get the collab he is so excited about. And if this comes to reality I want to hear that live too. And I do not even want him to sing covers on the next tour - he has enough material to fill two hours with his own songs.

Yeah, but I'd rather hear him sing his own music first. The Idols tour when he sang those covers, was just a taste of things to come. Now that he has his own material, I'd rather hear that.

A few is good. As long as it's not a full tour, taking him away from touring for his own album.

On tour, I am happy to have Adam sing ANY Pink, Bruno Mars or Lady Gaga songs he wants, whether they are "Adam's songs" or not. And that goes tenfold for the classic rock masterpieces. Each of his performances would bring a new interpretation to savor.

As Bebeg said on the Trespassing thread, "I don't care whose name is on a song as songwriter as long as it's a good song. History is filled with artists who have performed classic, great songs and they didn't write a note or lyric. An incredible, talented artist can interpret a great song whether they wrote it or not."

To which I would add, "... and whether they were the first to sing it or not".
