Turns out -- from Blair's tweets -- Scotty's interview never made the overnight show. Scheduling reasons. He's promising to play it starting Monday 1 a.m. - maybe every hour on the hour. ( Or maybe he'll just post on his site.) Sorry, Blair and Scotty -- gotta go to work. Won't be listening overnight.

Again, I hope Scotty had other things to do in Nashville besides tape this interview (can't be very long if Blair thinks he can play it every hour).

Scotty works so hard to please radio -- and many times he gets the short end of the stick. I consider the Webchat to be a mini-fiasco, too. Not on Scotty's part, but the promotion and presentation by Cody and AskAnything.

August 4 Labadie "PigGig" Concert (Bay City, MI) -- HEADLINER

While it's VERY difficult to read the Pig's daily schedule, it appears as though the concert begins at 7-7:30 PM ET with two consecutive opening acts (both females with whom I am not familiar) -- will provide more information later (off to the office)!

How in Gods name do you have a scheduling issue with playing recorded interviews............especially after tweeting to all his fans The Cody nonsense (lack of info basically on this one!) and now this! WOW...looks like a screwed up "HOT MESS" to me.

I tried to listen to several stations thru IHeartRadio covering AfterMidnight but nothing so I put out the light on 'em all Glad I didn't stay up later 'cos I would be the "hot mess" today for sure!

Thanks, Drdeb, for trying to interpret the PigGig site information. I usually give up after 10 minutes!

So...Scotty goes from getting a spot (or spots) on the Friday overnight program, where the audience is probably Blair's biggest of the week...to Monday overnight, with probably his smallest audience. Yes, unprofessional on someone's part.

From Mike's tweets he has no idea what the PigGig is all about either. We shall learn together!

BTW...It looks like AfterMidnite has lost some stations that are listed on that site...and a couple of them are pretty big: Baltimore, Cleveland and Harrisburg.

Yes, Blair tweeted that it would be played after 1 a.m...and maybe every hour thereafter. There is no way on earth I am staying up for that interview. Once burned, twice shy.

I'm just hoping that it's posted on Blair's site tomorrow. If he remembers.

It's a phone interview while Scotty is in a car traveling to the airport to go to Nashville with his Mom. Blair first thanks Scotty for being who he is. Blair and Scotty(mostly Blair) are talking about the Fanatical Fans contest and he says Scotty is "spanking" Blake Shelton in the current poll. (Third Shift Awards).

Scotty expressed what great fans he has and appreciates the support. They're talking about how Scotty has the "full spectrum" of fans. Little kids to 85 year olds. He has international fans too. He's big in Estonia Scotty said he got mail the other day from Estonia.

Blair had Scotty put his mom on the phone so he's talking to Judy - talking about fans, length of lines of fans and how Scotty doesn't really get to see that before the shows from his perspective.

-Gone to commercial after reminding everyone to vote for Third Shift Awards - Sure hope there's more than that!! Scotty barely talked!

-Music again after commercial - Not WTT.

ETA: Well it's about 1:40am and nothing more from Scotty, but because I'm a night owl, I'll wait the rest of the hour, but it seems like all we get is probably less than a couple of minutes of anything Scotty.

1:55am - Blair talks about the Third Shift Awards again and says another celebrity that wants to win your vote will be on next hour. (Don't know if it's Scotty or not).

2:00am - Nope, nothing else before the hour ended.

This was such a brief interview - it was more of a promotion for the poll using the short conversation with Scotty and his mom as part of the promotion. Maybe that was the intention all along, but Blair's tweets sounded like it would be a bit more substantial. And Blair didn't play any of Scotty's music during the hour. Still, Blair genuinely seems to like Scotty. I'm sure the exposure is still helpful.

iary...thanks for taking that one for the team. You're right, it seemed more like a plug for the poll than a real interview. Nothing new...but it is exposure. Evenif it was on a Monday overnight show rather than a Friday...when the audience would have been larger.

So...it was done on the phone while Scotty was on the way to the airport (Nashville). That means there won't be any video on Blair's site, obviously. The audio might be to continue the promo for the poll.

Does this mean Scotty had other business in Nashville...we know he didn't leave there until it was actually Saturday morning? Has to be so.

I already have my ticket to the Labor Day concert, but it is driving me crazy trying to find out how long a set Scotty will have. I called and e-mailed the venue; they said they didn't know. Then who does???? Scotty is appearing with Martina and, in looking over recent Martina shows, it seems she rarely has an opening act. The show starts at 8PM and the fair closes at 11PM; so I'm sure they'll be done singing no later than 10:30. (and it is the last day of the fair so maybe even sooner if they do fireworks or whatever).

I'll be happy to see Scotty of course, but I will admit I will be disappointed if he has just the 25 min set I've already seen at the Brad concert. I would so like to see the longer concert like you guys talk about.

My only hope is Blake Shelton is there the day before and the ad reads: Blake Shelton WITH special guest The Lost Trailers; on Monday is reads: Martina McBride AND Scotty McCreery. (Emphasis mine)

Well, don't forget in this case there are only two acts, while with BP there are Scotty plus TBP plus Brad. I bet you get 45 minutes!

From tweets for Martina, it looks like she hadn't been doing too much touring recently but is doing it again. So, just not sure what to expect as far as length of set for each. Seems strange that no one seems to know!

Could be Martina's not quite sure yet herself....especially if she hasn't been touring much recently. Of course, she signed some kind of contract that must have set out some parameters time-wise....but maybe she's still working on what songs she will include, etc.

When she appeared during the CMAs at LP Field the last night -- I think she sang 6 04 7 songs. (I didn't stay until the end.) I'm sure she's going to do at least 20 for this full show. I think you'll get at least 45 minutes for Scotty.
