The double-exclamation mark event is set for Nov. 30, and will air live on CBS at 10 p.m. EST from downtown's Nokia Theatre. The event, in which nominations for the 2012 Grammy Awards will be unveiled, will be tape-delayed for West Coast viewers. The Recording Academy began broadcasting its nominations press conference in prime time as an experiment. Typically, award show tallies are unveiled in the early morning hours to maximize media coverage throughout the day. The Recording Academy aimed to turn the unveiling into something of an event to generate hype for the CBS broadcast of the ceremony early the following year. The 2012 Grammy Awards will be held Sunday, Feb. 12, and broadcast live on CBS at 8 p.m. EST. Unlike other major award shows, the Grammys are tape-delayed for West Coast viewers. Basing on the numerous great reviews, I think Glam Nation Live has a good choice of getting nominated. Some examples of the reviews are :

I knew there was some reason I thought he had a real chance; it wasn't the sales, it was all those terrific reviews. Adn they're by people who vote and influence other voters! Thanks for reminding us of them Viv.

The boy was NOMINATED FOR A GRAMMY off his first album!!!! Celebrate it! Enjoy it! Refer to it constantly! How many times have we read over the past year "The Grammy-nominated Adam Lambert" instead of "The gay runner-up on Season 8 of American Idol"! It was HUGE that he was nominated!!!! *prays for one or more again this year!* --------------------

I love this. Great album. That voice !!! I think that they should have released Sleepwalker as a single. He totally hits that song out of the ball park on that album. So, amazing.
