Polly01, I can relate to what you're saying. I felt that Lauren and Scotty meeting on Idol was a providential "God thing" so to see it not work out is kinda sad.

Personally, I guess I am just anxious to see her paired up with someone really amazing sort of as retribution for what Scotty did to her.
The thought of her being out there looking for someone and having to walk red carpets by herself (or with her dad or brother) while Scotty is all paired up and gloating makes me really sad.

I haven't been on the forums for ages, what happened between them? I always got the feeling she liked him but he just wanted to be friends.

They are still friends but they are so busy with their own career they can't even find the time to talk.

There are a number of theories out there as to what went down between the two of them, but I'd say it's a safe bet they haven't been more than friends for a very long time, assuming you accept the premise that they were (which I do).

I don't think they're friends anymore, either. I know they're both busy, but Scotty seems to have time for those things he considers a priority, and I don't think Lauren is a priority for him.
So, I wasn't surprised that he said nothing about her return to the Idol stage Thursday night. She got lots of kudos from others associated with Idol, but nothing from him. I thought it was rude. No, I don't think Lauren is wasting any tears on him these days. Instead, she's pursuing her career with gusto, and having a blast, so I'm thrilled for her!

I heard wanted and its a great song. Storm warming may be the weakest song on his album.

Wanted is not even my favorite song by him. If you like wanted you should check his other song What You Gonna Do. That is my personal favorite. You should really check out his album, because it is really good. I enjoy it.

I know he does look so young, but seems like a really sincere guy. If you see some of the other pics...Lauren had her shoes off!! So if they were on she would be looking very tall next to him.

One of the rare occasions I will support this friendship/crush. Love Hunter Hayes. Listen to his album as much as I listen to Laurens. I have a gut feeling he is going to be big in couple years. He does seem like genuine good guy. He does have a baby face though.

Now that is serious crushing, since Lauren auditioned. He looked so adorable when he blushed. And lauren being Lauren, filrted with him some more and gave him a peck on his cheek which made Colton blushed even more.
