Are they doing only songs that are notably related to particular movies i.e Mrs Robinson from The Graduate, Don't Wanna Miss A Thing - Armageddon etc? Or is it a really loose theme and you can pick any song as long as you find out in was featured in the background for 2 seconds of some really obscure movie?
I'm hoping it's songs related directly to the movie. It's a lot less of a choice that way. I think that's what they did in Season 8, yes? Of the suggestions people made above ^^^ I'm kinda liking Mrs.Robinson for Paul! I'll have to have a proper think though! TOP 8 YOU GUYS!!!  --------------------

i'm seeing a lot of "it should've been you" and "you suck" tweets to paul. there hasn't been a lot of hate in the past.

Okay guys, I just took one for the team.
Paul is now asking for suggestions on Twitter regarding his song, and I just tweeted the bunch of songs we "selected" for him. I am effectively embarrassed now. On the plus side, I am now enamored with the song choice of "America" by Paul Simon (it was on the Almost Famous movie soundtrack.) I'm listening to it now, and he could be magical on it. --------------------

I'm at a loss whether or not I want him to do an uptempo (because he does so well on them) or a slower song. There's a movement for him to do "Life is a Highway" on twitter, and I could be down with this.
I think I prefer "America" to "Mrs. Robinson" but if we're going movie and music connection, "Mrs. Robinson" is stronger. However, COUGAR ALERT. The song choice would soooo call for that joke.  --------------------
