ANTM Cycle 16 Options

The only elimination that has upset me so far has been Sara's, but looking back at her portfolio it wasn't really very good so her cut was justified. I like most of the girls left (don't care for Kasia or Alex), so I have a good feeling about the rest of this cycle.

OMG, Monique was such a star this episode. I will miss her so much! I think Tyra made a mistake not keeping her around. Anyone who is this much of a shameless b*tch should go Top 4 at least. Also, she looked stunning all episode. I'm sure she'll only commit to men's magazines post-show, but I think she has far more potential to do actual commercial work than any of the previous sexed up girls. She could do even more if she gets her body in check.

Brittani is so winning this. I'd say the biggest sign of a winners edit on reality shows is when the editors include a lot of clips of the other contestants praising this person. Now, I've gotten the winner wrong the last 3 cycles, but I'm sticking by this pick! I still hated Brittani's photo, though I do like her. Her face almost looked like it was photoshopped on from another picture.

I was expecting Kasia to get FCO again based on the edit. She had a lot of screentime. She's great in the narrator role, though. She had a great week overall.

I still would have given Molly FCO. The eyes were a bit wonky, but I think this was a case where the personality and style of the photo make the little imperfections not matter as much. She looked so much better without the weave.

Alexandria really should have left. Her photos just haven't been strong enough to make up for her lack of potential.

Glad Mikaela stayed. She looked dkafjldakjfamazing on set.

I really liked Jaclyn's photo more after seeing the closeup. She's still...not a model.

Not looking forward to Hannah outlasting a few people left, but she's had good enough photos to justify sticking around so far.

Monique was entertaining but way too full of herself. I'm glad she left. I thought for sure it would be Mikaela so when Tyra called her name, I started clapping. So happy that she's safe. Molly was my first favorite but I'm starting to not like her attitude. Brittani seems a little bitchy too.

Wow, I actually REALLY like Alexandria now, she actually has grown and changed for the better. Britt might have just blown her chances, unless they're using that story as a growing arc. Seriously, how immature? Brittani was PATHETIC this episode. These girls hate her for no reason she literally just sits by herself now and doesn't bother them. They go out of their way to attack her.

I lmfao'd when Alexandria won the challenge and got the car. They were all FUMING. hilarious. As long as anyone besides Brittany wins, I'll be happy.

There's no way in hell that was Brit's best picture. And I love how conveniently no one mentions that the photographer loved her and her film was probably pretty damn good. Tyra might not be the only judge, but she is the only one who selects 'best' pictures, so I dunno how much longer Brit's going to last. A shame, because she's one of the best models and runway walkers.

And if being unprofessional on set is a big problem here, I would personally rank bossing the photographer and the hairstylist around, trying to override the creative director on multiple occasions and not listening to instruction as a lot worse than bitching out another girl one time.

Tyra would never yell at someone during work...yeah...

Oh, and I totally see how stupid things are getting with their best shots. Last week the photographer went out of his way to shoot Brittani SOLO and Tyra didn't even mention that, this week Brit's photo was hideous. And I'm pretty sure Kasia had a better picture than that ugly one. And I'm still kind of pissed off about Monique. She was whiny and not the best model but it makes so sense to send home a girl who's "never the best but never bad" and keep Mikayla who's ALWAYS bad, just to vote her off the next week.
