Casey co-produced the album with Chris Lindsey. Casey plays electric and acoustic guitar throughout his album, which features lots of the slide playing that his fans had been hoping for.

Undone made it! I really didn't think it would.
 But no Whiskey Voodoo, which sounded interesting. All in all, I'd say, just from the titles, that they went with the most Country tracks. Which is probably very smart, but I'll miss the other songs. Still, I'm sure it's gooood.  --------------------

I knew Done made up my mind was not going to make it, but it is still a bit sad to see. Also I was hoping that Bulletproof might make the album.
I am a bit irritated that So Sweet has made the album, in my opinion Why I am feeling blue is a much better song. I am really interested to hear Crying On A Suitcase and Tough Love, those sound like interesting titles. --------------------

Anyway, co-producing the album ? that's fantastic , i believe it's a first for him . Happy for the track list , impressive list of writers and most importantly half of them are strong single materials . best wishes to him .   --------------------

 Am I right that #s 2, 9, 10 & 11 are mystery tracks (ones we haven't heard yet)? I'm also guessin' that "Miss Your Fire" is the one that is Debra's favorite, just judging from the titles. The news that Casey plays lots of slide guitar on the record says something about the creative direction of the record and the signature sound they're establishing. There's not a lot of slide work in Country music, that I'm aware of. Sorta surprised, but pleasantly so, that Sony was OK with Casey co-producing the album; and feel that it's an indication that they believe they've got a winner in Casey. Dude is not shy about taking the (proverbial) "Bull by the Horns" when it comes to his music and career. All this bodes pretty well IMO. (Also. Any further word on whether the new (cute) drummer from Fort Worth is on-board?) It's sorta funny remembering that he was signed as The Casey James Band, then several personnel changes, then just "Casey James". In the rear-view mirror of real time events and where he is now it looks like a pretty well planned launch. 1. The Good Life (Casey James/Scooter Carusoe) 2.
