Really? Cool! I'm in college and my classes end at about 1:50 hopefully. So I'm hoping to get to the venue by 2:15. Where did you meet them at? The west gate? Last year, I only went after the show and that's where they were I think. Only Brooke, Kristy, and Jason came out though. And before the show around 5:30 or 6 or something, I saw Jason walk back and forth to the bus, but that was parked in the back way at the bottom of the hill and there was a fence blocking it too, so there wasn't any way they could sign autographs. I just want to make sure I'm in the right place this time. I would really really love to meet Anoop!

Last year they set up barricades at the West Gate I think? A few years ago though some Idols (George Huff, Carrie Underwood, Anwar Robinson, Anthony Fedorov, Ace Young & Chris Daughtry) climbed the hill on the other side & signed autographs through the fence. I haven't decided yet where I'll be waiting

I guess I'll go wherever I see the most people congregated lol. I hope they'll put up barricades by the west gate because I can't imagine most of the idols wanting to climb that big hill haha.

I've never been to the Wilkes-Barre arena before (I live in Delaware). I was curious about the parking situation in the area since their website appears to have no information.

I emailed them and I was told that the parking lot opens 2 hours before the show and closes 1 hour after. So, where should I park if I want to get there earlier and stay later to do the buses? Is there a 24-hour lot or garage nearby?

I'm driving up from Reading (seeing the show there the day before) so I'm going to be arriving rather early in the day simply because it's a short trip.

I don't know about the parking. I've gone there sometimes in the middle of the day to just buy tickets (or actually apply for a job lol) and I've always just parked in the lot. It was always open. Don't know what they mean about it being closed. Unless they are talking about special event parking spots.
I've never gone in the afternoon before the show to meet the idols before. Hope somebody will be able to answer your question!

The parking lot is open all day I'm pretty sure. I usually park closest to where the congregation of people is

Hmm, well, I guess I can give the parking lot a try then, maybe the guy who answered my question was referring to special event spots or something.

A nice person also PM'd me and mentioned parking at the mall that's near the arena - I might give that a shot as well, has anyone else ever done this? Do they really not mind?

Does anyone know anything about how likely they are to come out? Or about Adam in particular? I don't have tickets but I'm planning on going to just to see/meet them... but if he hardly ever comes out before the shows, I don't know if I want to bother.

I'm pretty sure Adam has only come outside before, like, 2 shows - he said in an interview he prefers not to because it's hot and he'd rather rest.

ohh! i came early (like 2/3/4 in the afternoon early) for the last 3 concerts i went to and the parking lot has just been open and we drove in and parked and then when they started making people pay for parking we just paid the man and got a slip and kept our amazing parking spot right by the fence, an easy place to leave (i recommend paying the guy because if you don't have a slip on your dash i'm pretty sure they will tow your car...)

ohh! and three days

i have floor A row D....i hope its a decent seat (supposed to be 4 rows from the stage.)

Adam will most likely come out after the show, though. He has the last four shows due to contract negotiations. Apparently he has to fulfill a certain number of M&Gs, which he hasn't done, so he got a nice talking to.

I hope you do get to meet him though, he's really sweet to the fans.
