I'm wondering if anyone has heard anything about how Jessica is doing these days. Her yearlong rehab stint should be over by now I'm assuming. Hopefully she is indeed out of rehab and doing well.

On her myspace, she has some pictures of her and her sister and it says something like 'after rehab' or 'sober', something along those lines. She looks beautiful and much happier.

Jessica is living in the LA area...her sister & nephew had moved down there from FL to be with her but my understanding is that they left LA sometime after her release from rehab. She is in the process of starting a Sober Living house to offer help for others, planned to open sometime this Spring in Rialto, CA.

Jessica's media ban was lifted yesterday in a Florida court. As you can see from the clip linked below, she looks very happy and waaaay healthier and better than she did during Celebrity Rehab and her subsequent arrest. She also is planning to record a blues/rock record which I think is great news. Anyway, I'm very happy for her and hope she continues on the positive road she is on now...and never appears in a Florida courtroom again! (Any slip ups and she's off to prison - as the judge points out in the clip - so that should be a pretty powerful motivator!)

I think this is great. I can't wait to hear that blues/rock album. It sounds like it'll have some deep songwriting on it because she said it will be about her addiction and whatnot. I think it will be amazing. That's a good genre for her. I am glad she is happy

Yay I'm so glad to hear that Jessica's getting better. I've been buying music off of her ep and its simply amazing. It great to know that she's turning her life around.

I would love to hear a rock/blues CD from her. That would be absolutely perfect for her. I am so glad to hear she's doing better. She is my favorite all-time female contestant on Idol.
