Redskins are not AWFUL. We lost some really close games this season. And lost some really bad ones (Um, Ravens game anyone?) Our season could have gone either way if we won those close games...

Why does everyone hate Lebron? I don't really follow basketball. He seems like a cool guy on twitter. Plus he has my birthday.
Pro Wrestling is an amazing sport.
Mixed Martial Arts is good as well..I just find Pro Wrestling alot more entertaining.
Baseball sucks.

An hour long special on ESPN centered around where he was going for next season was a pretty big deal. What other free agent have you ever heard of in any sport that had a special on ESPN called ~The Decision~? Talk about an ego trip.

Bringing this back to life~
- The Twins need to stop being referred to as a ~small market team~. They have a $100 million dollar payroll now, they sell out Target Field every night, and they make the playoffs any year. Stop making excuses for them. They don't lose to the Yankees every year because they can't compete. They HAVE been competing. They lose because the team clearly has a mental block when it comes to the postseason and part of the blame goes on the manager. Why are Twins fans content with being the rest of the AL's punching bag in the ALDS every year?

I agree! Market size isn't as important as having a good product. If there's a good product, the fans will show up. It's that simple. It's like when people say "LOL THE TWINS AREN'T SMALL MARKET ANYMORE LOL". No, they never were in the first place, they just played in a crap stadium that gave them little revenue and a cheap owner. Now they have a new stadium that attracts more fan and gets tons o' dough, so they can afford to spend more! It's really not that difficult to understand..

Haha people always say the Brewers are a small market team but acts like a big market team.

But yeah, I agree. I mean, market size can affect a team but not in the way people think.

Boston College, Virginia Tech and Miami FL are all sellouts and Traitors for leaving the Big East to go to the ACC.

And now, you can add Pitt, Syracuse, and Notre Dame to that list. Don't tell me that they were "going to a better situation"; they already had it good in the Big East (especially in basketball).

It's very annoying when people yell out "Oh!" when the singer of the National Anthem gets to the "Oh say does the Star-Spangled Banner yet wave?" part of "The Star-Spangled Banner". It's rude and it may throw off the singer...

Case in point: Maryland men's soccer vs. Dook in 2010. When over 7,100 Terps fans yelled out "O!", the anthem singer was so startled that her concentration was broken and she had to pause for about thirty seconds...

This is more of a pet peeve, but I hate when people wear sports Jerseys of players they don't even know, or of teams they don't even watch

^Wow, that is so dumb. That'd be like me wearing a hockey jersey from like...um, the LA Kings? I don't know anyone on there so yeah, that'd be super stupid. Jerseys cost too much to wear one that means nothing to you.

This is quite unpopular right now: I love Mark Sanchez. I know mostly everyone (mostly guys) hates him and wants him benched, but I will forever cheer him on and wish him the best. I do wish he'd break up with Eva Longoria, but whatever, that won't last.

Brewers fans will probably get this one more: I don't find Ryan Braun attractive at. all. He's weird looking to me. All these girls talk about how they'd dump their bfs/hubbies for him and I'm like, "Huh? Does not compute!"

Lol yeah for example, years ago I knew a girl in college who didn't watch/like football or know anything about the game, but she wore a Cleveland Browns Brady Quinn jersey a lot. I said oh, so you like the Browns? And she said "oh no I just saw the guy on TV and he was cute."

Brady Quinn IS cute. However, he is a terrible QB and according to my co-worker, whose friend works at a country club he frequents, is a total d-bag. He acts like he's so special. I'd say to him, "Um, let's see, are you a starting QB? No. Then you're nothing special. Go away." What a waste of a hot guy

Oh yeah, he is cute, I agree. And yes, he is a horrible QB too And wow, that sucks he's a d-bag, lol. But yeah.. this girl was nice.. she was a lab partner of mine in college, but I wanted to slap her for spending so much money on the dude's jersey when she knows nothing about football and yeah.. exactly.
