Publicity Campaign, We want more of David! It's never enough! Options

At the end of the day, our TUESDAY VOTES mean everything.

However, we do need the publicity for David. We do need him the the spotlight. We do need the producers/TPTB to have their eyes and ears wide open for David. More David moments, more air time.... but still never enough!

This list is complied by KH, a dedicated Archie, like us .

Seven ideas for maintaining a positive online presence for David Archuleta:

1. Each week, buy David's iTunes songs for yourself, for friends and for relatives. Return to the iTunes site to give him the glowing reviews you know he deserves.

2. Take the time to vote in the online polls. I know it doesn't mean a win for Archie, but it puts forth the idea that a lot of people are enjoying his music. Open the Online Poll file on this site, click and get to work.

3. Search for new information on David A. using Yahoo, Google and any
other search engines. If you find something positive, share it with
one of the groups. We want to be sure Archie's name is receiving new
hits online so industry folks will know the interest is still high.

4. Go to YouTube and listen to a few David Archuleta songs, if only
for your own enjoyment. Post a positive review, give him five stars
and ignore negativity. Some people thrive on spewing venom and getting
a reaction. Their words will have much less impact if it seems as
though no one has read them at all.

5. If you read a online journal review that allows comments, talk up Archie and his music! Alternatively, e-mail the writer. Again, stay positive. We want to present the news to the world that this beautiful singer has impacted our lives.

6. Write to David! Send him a postcard or a short note (long letters might get lost). And the producers will notice if David has a TON of postcards piling in.

That thread compiles all the important info to beat Jason in the publicity area! She said that the list of polls I have were already posted. That's just... annoying. It's different to have a compiled list! Also this list I posted here is totally different. Hmm....

Hmm, I'm not familiar w/ IdolForum yet. It's strange... and a bit political hmm... Like you can't forbid ppl to repeat something all the time. If a poll is posted once it can't be posted again somewhere else? It's not like 2 exact threads or anything. That list of polls is cool since KH included the instructions how to vote in each one!

The polls should mostly be the same. I'm the one who compiled the new list, and I worked on updating the other one. I think we're probably fine. The other one, still open, may have the more current Idolforums file. I don't think we need to worry about it too much. Just keep bumping EITHER of the poll lists to the top.

And by all means keep voting!!!

PrettyOrchid, I think some of the problem might be that IdolForums members have been voting on the other thread for a long time. They all know where to find it. We're okay, right? As long as we have a list?

Hey KH! I know they are the same but they are REALLY spread out on the other thread. I think your list is great here. You know, if ppl want to go online and go around and vote everywhere 1 round it'll be a lot easier. Plus we need to point out why Jason is getting some publicity and how we can get that back.
