Mikalah is no longer on American Idol Extra, congrats to Gina and Constantine. Options

I have been keeping this on the dl for about a month. TPTB decided because of low viewership, they needed to switch up entirely American Idol Extra, meaning getting new Idols to host. Gina Glocksen and Constantine Maroulis will be taking over Mikalah's job.

Mikalah is obviously very unhappy. This is not the greatest time for her career and every one supporting her (which has been very lacking) is needed right now.

That's some b.s. I love Gina, she was my pick for last year, but honestly mikalah is much more entertaining. and constatine... im just not gunna go there lol

i dont see why they cant move it to FOX ai is their biggest show. plus theres the strike. anyways im so happy Gina is co-hosting but Mikalah is just plain and simple an entertaining person and thats what makes a good host. they should still have her no question.

I agree. It didnt get great ratings becuase not everyone even gets that channel. Personally, I don't even get the channel, but when it's up on MGO, I watch it there. It wasn't Mikalah's fault the ratings weren't that great. She's a fantastic little host and it really sucks about their decision to get new hosts!
I hope Meeky knows that she still does have people here supporting her. I know that she will do amazing things, and I'll still be here supporting her every step of the way!

I'm very proud of Gina, she deserves it, and good for Constantine on doing it as well... But the fact remains, 19 management has basically made Mikalah out to be a host since the finale of her season when they put her on the red carpet, and then they take it away from her.

Im honestly VERY UPSET WITH THIS!!!!! I WATCHED fox reality becuase Mikalah was co-hosting and that ALSO allowed me to check out the other shows on there that they had like paradise hotel and other... Mikalah has BROUGHT viewer ship to the channel. Im not watching anymore.
They can stick the reality up their fox hole.

But yeah, I don't see how Constantine can be a better host than Mikalah, I love Gina but she doesn't seem like she could be as bubbly as Mikalah.

They should've kept Mikalah and gotten Gina. I love those 2. Mikalah is a great host and Constantine makes me sick. Him being on it almost makes me not want to watch.
