Well, I will always have to suggest to whoever hasn't read the Harry Potter series to do so

its a pretty long book (500 or so pages?) and pretty intense...but 'shes come undone' by wally lamb is one of my favs
 actually, anything by wally lamb is good! hahaoh and if youre into psychology/education/special ed. - dibs in search of self. one of the greatest books i have ever read (and its pretty short too) --------------------  thanks alyssa!||formerly jultrencarkimcharclayrub

Also, The Lovely Bones is good. Its a pretty easy read, it took me like 2 days to read it but I enjoyed it.

I just read "Nineteen Minutes" by Jodi Piccoult. It's totally a chick book, but it was good. Terribly depressing, but good.

anything by meg cabot. her 1800 where are you books are good if you like mysteries/thrillers
