Friday night is a tough spot for the show to air, especially with all the new seasons starting up in Sept-Oct.
I'm hoping that there's a good variety of sounds out there. I think if they do it like SYTYCD did this year, it has potential!  --------------------

My moms friends band was contacted to send in videos and tapes to be on the show. What sucks is that the producers were suppose to call everyone to tell them if they made it or not like a month ago, and they never got the call.

I listened to the 4 bands listed on that site. I really really like Nothing More, I hope they make it a long way on the show. Faces Without Names is awesome too, they sound a little like Paramore. Rocket is awful, if they make it on it's going to be because of looks, not talent. I don't like 440 Alliance either.

I wonder if they'll have any "screamo" or post-hardcore/hardcore bands. I think it'd be cool to add diversity... plus I like that type of music.
