Meanwhile, Richardson – who revealed on last Tuesday's performance show that he was once overweight – works out every morning to stay trim. "I wanted to show that this is something that actually happened to me and I did it, so anybody can do it," he says of his own gradual 45-lb. weight loss. This is great! I'm so glad he wants to be healthier and lose weight. As we can tell from past pictures he was always a fairly slim guy until he was out of high school. It's really sweet that Richardson is helping him out  Edit: Oops! I meant 30 lbs not 40. That's cool
 I've lost about 30lbs myself.. I was 215ish at the beginning of the year and am now down to about 183. I'm doing pretty much the same stuff that Chris is doing. Woot. --------------------

I am happy for chris that he is getting healthier. As far as his weight goes it hasn't stopped him from being a
good singer. However if he lose the weight he will be around longer which is good for him and his fans. --------------------

^^ Yeah, weight doesn't effect vocals, there are many great singers who are big. It'll probably help him performance wise though and he'll feel more confident in himself.. most importantly he'll be healthier.

It didnt look like he lost weight at all.
