Thanks for having giving such good instructions and having good patience  Sorry I was such a pain  Oh and also, so if I download the video from youtube (from keepvid.com as a flv then I convert it to avi)and it needs to be edited, would the fastest way probably be to put it in Windows Movie Maker then converting that file back to a flv? Hmmm ok something must be wrong...
Ok so I tried 2 other videos and they were both the size file size as the first one- even though they were much long. The second one I tried was 8 minutes  So do I like add the file size of the FLV video and skin to the 50 KB...? Or should I just not worry about it? You can have the video part as long as you want, just remember when people play them it uses up the bandwidth of the place where you uploaded, so if you have a limit it might wear out faster. --------------------

Okay, made this in Flash CS4, hopefully CS5 hasn't changed things too much
 This is just a plain one, once that is working you can add new layers to the timeline and put a picture/gif over it and something to indicate where to click if you want; Here is the Plain FLA file you can open and practice with if you want http://www.sendspace.com/file/48b9oe Just open it and then change the song url to where you have yours uploaded with pic added on top or (((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( (((((((((((( click on thumbnail for full pic  --------------------
