Hey I was wondering if anyone has a tutorial on how to make streaming video avatars? i gotta learn how to make them now that they're not letting us use our the old avatars...

I looked at your jpg again, I think the problem is you need to stretch the player out to the size of your document, I can see the white part of the document not used, so they need to match in size.
 I just did a quick one for example, but even if I used this for an avatar, IDF would shrink it down to fit the avatar size.  So you're not streaming an FLV file with it?
