You can however post links to other sites that have the mp3.
 Like, if another forum/fansite is hosting the file, you can link to that site. You can't upload to sites like yousendit, megaupload, sendspace, etc. The difference is that IDF is not responsible for what other sites are hosting, so you can post them.
