I want to lose weight! I'd just like to lose around 5 pounds...Nothing really excessive. I don't like my legs. *sigh*. I'm around 115 pounds, and I'm like 5'4. Just 5 pounds would do me good. I'm exercising: P.E. + Gymnastics...and I'm doing extra exercise when I have time at home. I hope I can reach my goal.

P.S. I'm 15.

Lol I would also like to lose weight. I'm 5"1 and a half and weigh 87-89 pounds and I'm not really happy about it

Gah, you lucky thing. I'm that tall, but I'm about 15lbs heavier. I would love to be where you are....but I doubt I'll ever make it. I'd be plenty happy with under 100lbs, though.

I agree lol its alot easier in the spring or summer because I can do laps in my pool lol and thats my favourite type of excercise.

i heard swimming doesnt help you loose weight. and ive seen alot of swimmers and none of them are actually thin, theyre atleast like 140 pounds or more..?

it helps you build muscle..and muscle weighs more than fat, which is why they don't look thin, but they are healthy.

actually i think thats pretty much a myth because i have ALOT of experience with swimming and its an awesome sport and if you're looking to lose weight, then you should try it anyway thumbsup.gif and swimming doesnt give you huge muscles. you'll obviously get muscles like in every other sport, however if you exercise the proper way and use good technique, then your muscles won't be huge and bulky, but more toned and long original.gif i hope that helped huggy.gif heart.gif

anyway idk what to do to lose weight. i'm up everyday at 5 running for an hour before school with a half hour dance/cardio workout and i do 1000 situps and 1000 crunches right when i wake up and right before i go to bed. i go swimming 7 days a week for 3 hours and i limited my diet to only the nutritious stuff and in good portions (im eating protein bars, drinking 3 bottles of vitamin water a day to stay healthy and a meal for me everyday consists of a little meat, a lot of grain, alot of fruits and veggies)

idk what i'm doing wrong because the numbers on the scale don't lie pinch.gif
