 I'm sure you guys will do a good job.  oh and hey I'm just curious, David had Battle of the Sexes going on. It was down to Round 8 - just between me and Amanda - are we dropping BOTS? Well, what happened really was the Admins were looking for new BC staff within our current staff. [They didn't want to promote any more people at this time.] Jen and Emily are both very nice and also very fair people. Jen blends herself, and Emily isn't a stranger to graphics either as far as I know. Not many people on the IDF staff are active in the BC forums so this was how it worked out. I know it's probably dissapointing to you all, but it'll be ok I promise
