yeah!! or her music is i mean... shes recording 2 new songs for a new AI compiliation album! yay! i just hope they work the music with niks band instead of the music from the songs.. like all alone with the christmas lights, i loved the lyrics and the song but i think the music couldve been cooler if niks band reworked it and recorded it themselves ?

I agree! if they would've rocked it out more...made "Alone with the Christmas Lights" more Bluesy  would've been much better! Look at the postive reception Alexis Lopez is getting for "Winter Wonderland"  Well I hope all goes well in Norway! You know I was thinking of making a Pro Hillary Clinton video for YouTube....you know with "If I Was A Boy" playing...how cool would that be?  --------------------

hey so has Nikki or her label posted anything on myspace lately?
Unfortunately I have to use my parents computer and its a piece of crap that freezes on me every time I'm on myspace...which means when I get on it I never have a chance to go through bulletins so if you all could keep your eyes open and post when their is a message It would be greatly appreciated  --------------------

they've said "this will be nikki's year" so many times i dont believe it anymore. im happy wit whatever sucess she gets, whether it's plays on idolwaves or a #1 hit on regular radio.

So I have missed a few postings! hahah Those are good though. thos Texas Critics really praised Nikki! compaing her to Janis Joplin, Pat Benatar and Amy Lee  Hero, We Will see, I'm glad for whatever success she can get as well...but I guess this year they're going to push the album more then they did last year. According to Joe they kind of stopped the push last year to allow Nikki to get married and to grieve for her mother --------------------

Oh wow I totally forgot her grandmother dies.
That's nice of her label to let her have time off from work for her home life and stuff.--------------------

her mom, not her grandmother. But yes very sad....but its nice to see Nikki ready to jump back int he mix! An Appearance on Idol Extra Should do well for her! Especially since her Album Matieral is out on all Digital Networks!
