1st you have to start the thread off in O-T, then eventually the Mods will see in the title (Aaliyah Fanclub) and move it to Fan Clubs....They just dont want random people to start topics in fanclubs that aren't really about fanclubs (or fanclubs that have already been created), also if you're gonna start one, make sure there already isnt a fanclub of Aaliyah.
